Everything was nice
What I didn’t like was I had two authorizations on two different cards for the deposit. The card I wanted it taken off of. It was placed back on it and they took it off the other card. This is not acceptable when I didn’t give them authorization to do that.

Breakfast was great! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and coffee for the morning! Everything was super clean and the rooms were cool upon arrival (Sacramento Area was 115 degrees) The staff was amazing as well. The beds were very comfy!

Breakfast was OK. But our experience with the front desk was great. Paige was incredibility helpful our entire stay, from checking us in, to helping us with smaller details that really made a difference. Paige was an absolute gem!
The hot breakfast portion (eggs, sausage etc) were mediocre. Waffles were great. Fruit selections and pastries and cold goods had a nice variety.

Only problem was no shampoo in dispenser and when called to request it to be filled no one ever did.

Checking in and out were quick and easy.
At check-in the amount being pre authorized was not disclosed. Late evening/early morning I was notified of the $150 pre authorization hold was charged on my bank card in addition to my one night's stay. I informed the employee when I checked out and she released the hold however it was too late and my bank will take a few days to credit my account back. The only other thing was the toilet was not sitting right. It moved a little.

The manager working the desk was very nice, polite and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't realize I was booking such a nice suite.
The coffee maker wasn't the best and the bathroom floor was a bit slippery but I am nitpicking. Seriously for the money I was impressed.

Our first room smelled very badly but the horel quickly accommodated us with another non-smelly room. The room had a kitchen so whoever cooked food, the smell of it still lingered and we had the privilege of smelling it when we arrived. Not a problem because our next room had a much of a more appealing smell.
We liked the breakfast and different options. We loved the views from our room windows of brightly colored trees during our stay. God is a miracle worker! Such beauty!

not many good restaurants around. only fast food really.the thermostat was challenging. the breakfast was just ok for the price of the room.

I got in late at night and left really early and each time the staff were so kind and helpful. The security guard waited outside with me and made good conversation when I had to wait for my uber at 3am alone. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt safe.

I got charged twice… booking.com I pre paid for my stay then when I got there they made my pay again and I don’t think that waz fair
