Great location, amazing suite, and super cozy! Walking distance pretty much of everything, especially from restaurants. Ernesto (the host) is exceptional, and the check-in was smoother than ever.

The room is very modern and big enough. The stuff is friendly and provides useful information.

no very close parking place; no free drinking water

The suites are newly renovated and the furniture is new too. So are the beds. Everything is done to a minimun which is actually ok because if your'e out all day you don't need more. Location is ideal to explore the old city. Restaurants in the area are spectacular! There is a gelateria right under the property and a cafe/bar for your morning coffee and brioscia ;-) If you travel by car I suggest that you park first In a car park nearby and walk to the property.

The very comfortable suite with the kingsize bed (we are tall people) and the wonderful shower. Also it was right in the middle of the center of Parma with her lovely bars and restaurant. Ernesto was very helpfull and he can tell you everything about the hotspots in town! We will definitily stay here again next time!

Is was very clean and very comfortable. Everything works with a code which was in the beginning difficult. Room is situated in middle of area with good restaurant and bars.
