We had a wonderful stay at the flat. It was cosy, comfortable, and had a charming Italian style that we loved. The flat was located in the heart of Balzano, which made it easy for us to explore the city. One of the standout features of the flat was the balcony, which was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views. The living room was spacious, well-furnished, and provided plenty of space for our family to spend time together. We appreciated how quiet the flat was at night, which was especially important since we were travelling with our children. Overall, we highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Balzano.

Overall, there were no major issues during the experience, but two minor points were noted. Firstly, the water flow in the shower was not particularly strong, although this was only a minor inconvenience. Secondly, the stairs were not spacious enough to easily accommodate a stroller, which made going upstairs more difficult.

Localização excelente (a poucos minutos de caminhada da estação ferroviária e do Mercatino di Natale); Apartamento muito espaçoso, confortável, limpo e organizado, com tudo o que se precisa para uma estadia tranquila.

Para mim e minha família não foi um problema, mas pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção podem não gostar do fato do apartamento localizar-se no quarto andar de um edifício sem elevador.

We loved staying at the Goethe 1 apartment. It was very spacious, with a nice balcony, and close to everything: bakeries (downstairs), cafes, restaurants, the market (steps away), the South Tyrolean museum, the gondola, train, and bus stations (a short walk). The check-in was very easy because someone met us in front of the apartment building as we arrived. The hosts responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

No on-site recycling, but common-use bins were just a short walk away. It looked like many people used them, so it must be how recycling is run in Bolzano.
