التأخير في إستلام الغرفه# كان توقيت التسجيل ساعه 1 ظهرا وانا وصلت الساعه 1وربع- ساعة في الإنتظار لحد ما جهزت الغرفه علما انه يوجد معهم غرفه آخر فاضيه بس طلب مني زيارة مبلغ اذا حبيت هالغرفه - دخلنا الغرفه بعد ساعه 2 وكاننت الغرفه صغيره والمرافق قديمه ومتهالكه

Furniture (bed was super UNCOMFORTABLE) Toilet had old sanitary so looks like not cleaned n damaged

Not have tissue not very clean very very small rooms not have even table in the room for eating even chairs

Staff was amazing when we checked in Mr Mohammad was there who gave us good service really smiling personality really happy with his service inshAllah next time sure we are going to stay there again happy with customer service. When we checked out Mr.Kamil was there I insisted him that I want some extra hours in cheap price and he helped us to stay and enjoy our day really thanks God bless u both.

the price was not original one i mean is defferen from what i saw to pay when i got there isn't the some as original one amount its deffenrent but its okay for me.any way thanks no problem

Very good and reception staff Mr. Saidali is excellent. He is very kind and Hamble. In this Hotel my experience is excellent. I prefer to visit again. Thank you very much.

Bad is noisy. I think it's very old. Should be change the bad. Thank you very much. But overall very good.

washroom - No towels , No footpad

The beds were decent.

To start there was no hot water and we had to wait 1h for it to be fixed. We found multiple bugs (cockroaches) around the house, some were even dead. The pipe in the bathroom sink broke and flooded the bathroom. There were also no shower curtains, so it was easy for the bathroom to get wet everywhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location with few minutes walk to the beach. Cafe, restaurants and shops are nearby.

Not that perfectly clean, but the staff can arrange and provide you with all you need.
