It’s a convenient location to the Train Depot as it is just down the road. There are a lot of good restaurants around. This place is about 18 mi to the casino and Great Smokey Mountains Museum.
Everything, the place is very clean and you will find all what you might need. It was well organized. The host was wonderful and followed up with us all the way from the time we booked until the day we left their property.

It’s 2 minutes from town and in a quiet spot. The home is well supplied with nearly everything you need for a weekend stay. The host provided a lot of information about the area, restaurants, and activities.
The home needs a bit of cosmetic touch up repairs but is fully operational.

nothing…property was not what was advertised. we did not stay!
location, did not feel safe, and was not like any Villa I have ever seen. it was an older single wide mobile home in what appeared to be a trailer park next to a very “junk yard-ish” shop. Also (you could see daylight around door when closed)

Accommodations were great clean very comfortable ,!! Only minutes from the Smokey mountain train ride... , all amenities at hand...and more like home than a hotel room. .....only thing. States it was a villa ....whan it is... a trailer. But we highly recommend it!!! Extremely clean...we will be returning ...thank you.
Were concerned about the exact location...... But after taking inventory of the nighbourhood and getting multiple messages from the owner. Our minds were put at ease.

My husband loved the old cars and I loved the deck and the view of the mountains and the peace and quiet. It was very clean and comfy. It was a large 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom double wide with plenty of space, comfy couches, great TV and full kitchen. Very clean:) The hosts were very kind and helpful:)

Nice flat at the Smokey, it is a pity that we only stayed one night. Suberb location. Flat was well equiped with stuf for cooking and to do BBQ

the only thing I would change is the middle bedroom if possible I would put either a twin bed or bunk beds , it was a little tight opening the door to the Jack and Jill bathroom, other than that was a nice place , Tammy had left snacks, fruit drinks and bottled water we would definitely stay there again if in Bryson City again

Not a thing. Everything was as near-perfect as could be. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with basics. Bathroom was A+ clean and beds were comfortable. Love this place.
