El lugar es hermoso, te invita a descansar y a relajarte, nos sentiamos en un oasis. La comida es deliciosa y las porciones son generosas. La musica de la zona de la piscina me encanto. Resalto la atencion de Mario en Montacos, el local hermano que queda al lado y que tiene comida deliciosa y musica super chevere para tomar unos cocteles viendo el atardecer. La playa es espectacular, con dunas de arena que el viento forma en esta epoca.

Aunque en general su personal es amable, hay unos que no lo son tanto y eso arruina la experiencia de "hotel boutique". Se que estan trabajando en ese aspecto, porque se lo comente a la administradora. Pienso que falta un poco mas de informacion al momento del check in sobre los negocios "hermanos" del hotel. Por ejemplo cuando nos sentamos en Montacos pensamos que estabamos en la playa del hotel, y luego nos enteramos que habia que pagar por separado; y que tambien hay un beach club que queda en otra parte, sobre la misma playa. Nos dijeron en el check in que la cena era hasta las 8pm, y estabamos afanados porque ya eran las 730pm y no teniamos hambre, y ahi nos enteramos que en Montacos nos podian vender comida hasta las 10pm.

It was an incredible experience. I went with my mom and it was super nice. The staff was very helpful and flexible <3 It felt like being in Bali or Tulum.

Beautiful cottages, very friendly staff, excellent food!

The beach itself is not very beautiful, but EcoXata has built nice & private places to enjoy the beach. it is very windy, great for kite surfing, less so for reading a book.

The hotel is beautiful and our suite that overlooked the trees was really charming and unique. You can tell they took some time to look into the details. I was there to kitesurf and the hotel was a great spot to do that and relax afterwards.

The service was so over the place. Sometimes it could be more than ten minutes of us sitting down to eat/drink to be asked what we wanted, and some of the servers' dispositions were also not the best. We ventured outside the hotel several times and every time it took more than five minutes for someone to hear the bell and let us back inside the property. The beach outside of the hotel is very dirty and full of debris. I almost stepped on a giant, rusty nail just feet away from the hotel's beach access point (I get that is outside of the hotel's responsibility, but just keep it in mind).

STUNNING facilities with unmatched service! Everything from the moment we got there felt luxurious. Their food is TOP NOTCH and they even set us up for dinner and a movie outside- it was incredibly romantic. I can't say enough good things about our experience here.

The bathrooms in the huts are BEAUTIFUL, however, they are outside so going to the bathroom in the middle of the night called for bug spray and a sharp eye. I could also nitpick about the bed's comfort level but overall this hotel is a MUST VISIT.
