This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were worried about the location initially but didn't end up having a single complaint about our stay while visiting Children's Mercy. We will be making this our primary hotel when visiting KC in the future. And I travel for work & will say, this was the softest hotel mattress ever which was amazing!

No complaints at all. I will say at first I couldn't find the fridge & microwave until I closed the bathroom door and located them both. That was my fault. I thought perhaps i reserved one without them. And parking is a bit more difficult when larger vehicles take up multiple spots (moving trucks or work trucks)

Easy access to freeway and Downtown. Very clean, nice atmosphere with pictures of music instruments in lobby and in rooms. Excellent breakfast and coffee. All employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful, especially Stephanie at the front desk. Room was comfortable and equipped with fridge and microwave. Comfy bed.

Very clean hotel! Staff were super friendly. Super modern.

Only issue was floors/walls were too thin so could hear neighbors next to and above us.

The spaciousness of the room. The quality of the towels. Various options for seating and lighting. Front desk staff offered for us to get dinner delivered or we could get something from the food on hand.

The place is clean, the staff goes above and beyond, and the decor is jazzy and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent.

The general mgr and assistant mgr were both rude and derogatory in nature when discussing an issue with me and refused to let me talk and cut me off.

The staff was very helpful, the hotel is clean and the overall experience was more than pleasant. It had a real breakfast!

Unfortunately this hotel has ongoing issues with cars getting broken into. My husband witnessed guys stealing boxes out of one car and stole a Trailer and Buggy from another vehicle.

Location was quiet and safe. Nice parking area and entrance. Lobby was spacious and decor nice. Breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. Room was fabulous. Very clean, beds were comfortable and decor was lovely. Staff was nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was what you would expect. The lobby was clean and comfortable.

The room was filthy. There was a half an inch of dust built up on the air conditioning unit that was a nightmare for allergies, even when not in use. It was quite clear that next to the bed had not been vacuumed in a very long time. There were stains on the linens and a spider on my pillowcase. The carpet and surfaces had sticky spots. The shower temperature was nearly impossible to regulate.

Very modern hotel, fixtures and amenities were clean and undamaged.

Hotel room office chair had crumbs and things smashed into the black woven mesh of the seat. Not sure if the bathroom had been mopped regularly with clean mop water. While the toilet was clean, the area smelled like pee, and there was hair near the base of the toilet.

The hotel it’s was great. Friendly staff, front desk lady was wonderful on our check out day, very clean, comfortable beds, breakfast was good, and it accepts cats! The main reason we booked this hotel.

There are no video surveillance cameras in the parking lot and no security. Woke up to half of everything we had in totes,tarp covering with a bungee net holding it all down, stolen! Another couple had their U-Haul truck broken into and their personal vehicle stolen! While filing out the police reports we were told this happens a lot at this hotel.  If you stay here please make sure to park in front of the main entrance.
