Am avut camera 2079.......in balcon nu a fost dispozitivul pt uscat rufe (cred că a fost furat de români)..... uscător de păr lipsă......doamnele care veneau în fiecare dimineață,au fost foarte amabile...... în ultima zi am primit o a doua cartelă pt a funcționa aerul condiționat non stop...............tv-ul doar pe Nașul funcționa..... In fine una peste alta....am fost foarte mulțumit.

Mi-a plăcut arhitectura hotelului, multe piscine, camere mari, baie mare. Mâncarea delicioasa.
Foarte mare resortul, camera departe de lift, mergeai 2 holuri. Distanta pana la plaja ff mare. Nu recomand pt parinti cu copiii mici. Au făcut plaja de la secrets prima cum ajungi de la faleza(adulți only) si de la dreams după ea. Mi se părea firesc sa fie prima pt cei cu copii. Noi caram colace, bagaje etc. Nu mi-a plăcut ca peste tot unde mergeam mi se cerea cartela de la camera(nu ne-au pus brățări, era mai simplu) . Dacă lăsăm cartela la sot, nu putea sa ies de pe plaja. La masa, la fel cerea cartela. Enervant... deși au spus ca anul trecut 2023 s-a dat sucuri bere la sticla, nu am primit. Frigiderele de la masa erau acolo, dar goale. Am avut 2 camere rezervate și am cerut sa fim cât mai aproape unii de alții și ne au dat la etaje diferite. Foarte departe. Nu merita 5 stele după părerea mea. E ,,pomul laudat" acest hotel.

Nice hotel, good location away from the busy end of Sunny Beach Strip. Nice pools and beach. Always a lounger at pool and beach. Hotel itself has potential. Rooms were kept clean and housekeeping staff were lovely. Bus stop and taxi rank right outside the property.
Reception staff were helpful and when we had a problem with the TV and safe on both occasions someone was sent up quickly to help.
We booked an evening through a TUI rep to Khan’s tent which was a good evening and caught the bus to Nessebar which was a lovely island with good restaurants. The bus was very crowded and watch your bags as pickpockets operate but was only 3 lev per person. Do not take your kids on here though, as you are crammed in. We went to DJannys restaurant in Sunny Beach which was nice and further out from the strip which is not kid friendly and you could be in Phuket..sex shops everywhere.
The food let this place down. Very average and bland. There is a buffet in the World Cafe and you can have lunch in Tides or the Seafood Grill near the Beach. Really the only thing we ate mainly for lunch was pizza, salad and chips as it was the safest bet. That was fine. In the evenings the hotel lets itself down by although asking people to dress up, there are people slobbing around in shorts and trainers etc. This does not make you feel you are dining out in even a 3 star place. The hotel needs to enforce this.
We went to Oceana next door one evening which had a better feel about it, you were at least served by a waiter/waitress but we were then served uncooked lobster, so left that obviously. There is some food in the buffets that is occasionally undercooked so if you have children be careful what they are eating.
The entertainment whilst they are very friendly and try very hard, sadly was very poor in the evenings but better than nothing.
The bar staff were not always friendly, this is a big problem for the hotel. There is one in the lobby bar who deliberately looks straight through you. This was noticeable if he was serving English people. They often deliberately ignored people who they knew had been stood there waiting for a while, even though they were polite..same at the pool bar. Not all the staff were like this at all but there are probably around four in total who should not be in the service industry and need ousting from the team if this hotel is going to get on.
The ‘Preferred Guests’ a name which needs changing are only preferred as they are stupid enough to pay for the upgrade which gives them an orange towel instead of a brown one. Do not upgrade to this! There was no realistic benefit.

Nu as putea spune ceva.....doar poate ca în prima zi nu erau puse produse de igena(șampon săpun etc) în baie...dar ulterior s-a remediat.

Serviciile și organizarea din cadrul resortului, au fost foarte bune. De asemenea mâncarea diversa și de calitate. Facilitățile sunt de 4+ stele.
Nu au ceasuri interioare sau exterioare pentru a putea să-ți organizezi timpul, fara a avea telefon sau ceasul personal cu tine, fiind la piscina sau pe plaja. Au doar în zona receptiei.

ארוחת בוקר נחמדה ומגוונת אבל אין שינוי מיום ליום יותר מידי ולכן קצת ביאס אותנו אבל בסך הכל יש את כל מה שצריך לארוחת בוקר. הצוות של המלון מעולה, החדרים והמתקנים נקיים מאוד, הבר של המשקאות מצוין, התמורה למחיר מעולה.

A gyerek medence nem fűtött. A gyerekeknek szánt játszóház több alkalommal sem volt nyitva, és 4 év alatt nem is használható, ami a leírásból számomra nem derült ki.

És igaz, a DREAMS nem hazudtolta meg önmagát. Elképesztő a Hotel a szállás a környezet és az étkezés. A medencék száma és tisztasága leírhatatlan. A szobából a kilátás lenyűgöző. A mindennapi szoba takarításra panasz nem lehet. Az ellátás annyira fullos, hogy szinte ki sem kell mozdulni a szállodából. Az árban tényleg minden benne van, nincs semmi rejtett plusz költség. Teljesen ingyenes minden koktél , bor, sör és a rövid italok át a napközbeni snack ételekig minden.
Bárki bármit mond, ez egy igazi luxus a Balkánon ami a világ bármely pontján megállná a helyét.
Aki az autentikus bolgár ételekre vágyik, csevapcsicsára vagy sopszka salátára az ne ide jöjjön.

Amplasarea hotelului este de vis.Curatenie în camere,barul din camera completat zilnic.Restaurantul f curat ,mâncarea excepțională (fructe de mare din belsug),vinul la sticle și sucurile la cutie.

Разположение,удобства, близостта до плажа, чистотата на общите помещения и стаята. персоналът на рецепция е много любезен,усмихнат и отзивчив, същото важи и за хотелско домакинство и барманите. В спа центърът получих добро отношение и един от най добрите масажи до сега. Хотелът изглежда невероятно и с удоволствие бих се върнал пак.
Единственото което може да се подобри е храната, обслужването в ресторанта и анимацията. Храната беше почти еднообразна, а голяма част от продуктите бяха с ниско качество- маслото беше със зърнеста структура, колбасите не бяха с добро качество и вкус, пилешкото особено пържолата беше доста окрехкотено, сандвичите в лаунджа не бяха от най пресните и т.н. Сервитьорите не бяха особено заинтересовани от отсервиране на чиниите или сервиране на напитки и.т.н.

Am ales acest hotel pe baza recenziilor citite si pot spune ca a fost cea mai buna alegere raportata la buget/servicii/locatie. Nu ai nevoie de absolut nimic dupa ce faci check-in. Pe langa amabilitatea si profesionalismul angajatilor, o sa ai parte si de toate conditiile pe care ti le poti dori: 4 pisicine exterioare, pisicina de copii, piscina interioara , spa ( contra costa), sali de spectacole, diverse restaurante cu specific local si international( unde este nevoie de rezervare),cat si de mancare proaspata pentru toate gusturile. Plaja privata este la 150 de metri de hotel si vine de asemenea cu un snackbar imediat langa, de unde poti luat diverse gustari cat si sucuri, bere, apa, inghetata, etc. Primesti prosoape de plaja pe care le poti schimba zilnic cu unele noi. Singurul aspect de care trebuie tinut cont este faptul ca apa din piscina a fost mai rece, dar, tinand cont de perioada, 8-15 septembrie, e oarecum normal. Din punctul meu de vedere e o alegere ideala atat pentru familii, cat si pentru cupluri.
Totul a fost peste asteptari!

The reviews we read prior to coming were nothing like our experience. Everything was great. The food was wonderful, hotel was immaculate, pools were great and the entertainments team work so hard. We would definitely return.
We had experiences of other rude guests pushing in the the food queues etc but we just put it down to their culture. It would be nice if the staff served guests based on who had been waiting the longest and if they didn't allow guests to push in and be rude.

The room we were accommodated in had issues - the AC wasn't working for half our stay; there were ants; the bed was uncomfortable; the sofa was stained; we couldn't lock our balcony doors; TVs weren't connected to Internet.
Food - blunt and and uninteresting. No proper vegan options rather than do-it-yourself salads. Most of it was preprocessed food from LIDL.
No heated pools for the children.

Nice location near to the beach, nice hotel with many outdoor pools, a lot of vegetation, natural shadow. Big room, well equiped, nice balcony with very nice sea view.
Very poor food and drink level, lower than cantine. Dirt in the dining area, the food was prepared as for animals, poor quality cuttlery. A lot of dirty glasses, napkins and dishes left by the customers in common areas especially in the lobby and the coridors from every floor, that were not cleaned by cleaning staff. Very low level of the guests, most of them without elementary common sense. The beach of the hotel very far away in a crowded area. We left the location after 2 days, even if we had booked for 8 nights. Its a no go for the future, please avoid!

It was amazing! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The minibar had popular refreshments ( Coca cola , fanta , sprite , schweeps) , local beer and local water .It was refilled during our stay. The food was diverse , fresh and very good ! You had a variety to choose from at every meal. You are able to eat either outside on the terrace or inside at one of many tables ( they even had tables for larger groups as well ). The entertainments was nice, the team handling those events put a great deal of effort in creating and performing those nightly events. The cocktails from the bar were nice , and made with international alcoholic beverages.
The surroundings of the hotel are nice , as you can walk along the beach and sit on one of the benches that face the sea. It is true that you have to walk about 5 minutes to get to the beach reserved by the hotel, but its a nice walk and worth it . There are enough sunbeds for everyone , we neved had an issue with finding a sunbed at the beach no matter the hour.
If you don’t feel like walking to the beach you can also sit by one of many pools that they have. The water in them was nice , the area was clean and there is also a mini waterpark with a few slides and also a pool destined for kids where they also have some slides and other activities .
I recommend this hotel. Everything was really nice and we had a very pleasant stay.

The room was extremely beautiful, bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. The restaurant and its menus were a true feast, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff was very friendly, and the additional restaurants were equally lovely, with diverse menus. The design, cleanliness, and services were all 5-star quality.
We regret that spa services at additional costs were extremely, extremely high.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent location, the garden around the hotel is arranged beautifully. The offered variety and quality of drinks was good and as expected.
The food was not up to standard for a Premium All inclusive - not enough variety and at times questionable quality and even not enough quantity.
There are plenty of pools and sunbeds, but many of the umbrellas were unusable (they didn't have the metal pin that keeps them open).

Everything except lunch, which was not diversified at all. I liked that they had more vegetable options, but what I didn't like was that they weren't complex dishes of vegetables.
I liked location, there are a lot of pools that are great, even for kids. Clean, good staff, good food and for all tastes.
The beach is a little far, considering that Secrets and Dreams have the same patronage, the beach at Secrets could have been allocated to Deams hotel for families with children and the one next to it, for Secrets hotel, that is only for adults.
I didn't like there were not complex dishes of vegetables, like vegetables with sauce, or eggplant with mozarella and tomato sauce, or fried zucchini(they have grilled zucchini and boiled vegetables).

The room is spacious and clean, the cleaning ladies tidy up and clean daily, change the towels and stock the minibar.
The air conditioner works very well.
There are a lot of swimming pools at the hotel, very clean but full of children.
The beach is quiet and clean and you can find free sunbeds, adults unaccompanied by children can also go to the pool of the Secrets hotel, where it is not crowded at all and is quiet.
The coffee is very good. There are many locations/bars where you can get drinks.
The food is varied but of low quality.
The hotel parking is paid (20 leva/day) and extremely crowded, I hardly found a free place.

The White Night entertainment was basically a man playing a violin dressed in white. He was good but not good enough for a family entertainment show. Children were bored after 5-10 mins

Breakfast and dinner were very good. The room was big and modern. Huge bed and amazing view. No lines (June) in the restaurant or the bar.
1)Lunch was a disappointment, so few things to eat. 2)Pool bar closes at 18:00,which makes you leave the pool area so early.
3)The pools were dirty with seagulls swimming inside all the time. No music near the pools too.
4)Drinks from the pool bar are served in very little plastic cups, we ended up asking for 4 drinks each time instead of 2.
