Well in compare to mother resorts this one seems to be quite good

No bar at the hotel but it is mentioned. The staff at the restaurant is non English speaking and has different standards from shift to shift The duty free in pangkor doesn't include alcohol

1. Location - Perfect location right in front of the beach. 2. Staff and their service - We had issues when we checked in, but all of them were resolved on by one quickly. The staff attended to us very well.

Cleanliness - Very poor cleanliness maintained in the hotel. I've got room 59. There was a big yellow stain on the bedsheet and comforter. There was also hair strains in the fridge and inside the kettle. On top of that, the worse case is there is poor air ventilation in the bathroom which causes a heavy bad urine smell after it is not being used for some time. I can't even stand in the room after I wake up or after I come back to the room for a long time. Also, the same room had some other issues where the aircon was not working properly, and we had to call the receptionist to inform them of that and wait to get it resolved. Later we are not able to lock the door. Then the technician came to fix it by changing the battery. After a day, the same issue, where the door lock is not working just when we are about to leave from to room for a visit. We had to call the technician and wait for a while again until it was resolved.

Strategic location to the town area and beach.

Not to complain but probably would suggest to have more choices for breakfast as same menu were served for past 2 days. Besides that, all were good 👍

The location is good and you can just walk like 5 seconds to the beach. The room is bigger for 2 pax, clean and comfy. The swimming pool is good. This hotel is good for those who want to stay longer and enjoy the sea view from the room.

The location was nice. Very close to the beach. The beach also is nice and quiet. The room was clean. The breakfast was good.

The hotel's restaurant meal for our dinner was awful. We ordered Chicken chop, fried chicken and potato, but they smell FISH, look like they cooked fish in that oil before our food. And there is no restaurant nearby but some street foods.

Good view from the room and nice breakfast served for all ages. Moreover, the staff there are very nice as well.

The swimming pool is too small and water not clear.

Overall breakfast is normal as a local foods its suitable for every age. Even the room service also is good until 10pm. Very satisfied to stay at AVI, will recommend to family and friends. Thank you

Its better have a carpet on the room floor, its may more convenience. Just feel cool once wake up early morning.
