Our family of four teenagers and two adults stayed here for five nights, and we found it as close to a 10/10 rating as possible. Super clean, comfortable, and well equipped both in kitchen appliances and games/puzzles/pool toys, etc. Being located in a small, almost exclusive, cul de sac at the top of a hill that has to be seen to be believed means the views from the house are spectacular and we loved the sounds of the cicadas and birds greeting us every morning. I am a runner and found a very enjoyable 10km loop down to the Umina Beach surf club and Patonga Rd lookout - and running back up that hill is something every runner should experience! Excellent communication from the owner and we were made to feel very welcome right from the outset. I highly recommend this holiday house and we will be back!

Beware of the clear glass table on the rear deck as it is just at shin height and you will know when you've run into it while carrying a load of washing outside to hang on the clothes horse!

Nothing everything was excellent..

The place was super cosy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with most of the staples which was delightful. Us bunch of friends enjoyed thoroughly and relaxed out on the lovely deck with nature surrounding and water views. Thank you Tom, we loved our break!

Bathroom needs some renovations but not a deal breaker.

We loved how well the house was set up for families. Kitchen had everything we needed and the pool and books / games were a lovely touch. We loved the outdoor deck and the birdlife. Fantastic view.

Would have liked more electrical points for device charging. With older children, we had to negotiate who would take the bunk-bed rather than the doubles but can understand the place is set up to cover families of all ages.

So clean and fully stocked with everything needed on a trip away.

The house was stunning great interior design. Love the view at the backyard porch it's very relaxing.

The beds needs upgrading, then everything would be perfect.

Exceptional view of national parks and water ways, up on a hill and very quiet and private. It was lovely having our breakfast out on the patio. We had all the comforts of home, everything was provided for us to enjoy our stay. Thank you!

A bit difficult to manoeuvre getting downstairs to the pool if you have disability with knees & hips. Definitely super for the young crowd.
