We absolutely lucked out with this gem! We needed a quiet place to rest, close to the Pan-Am sports centre for my swimmer daughter, and this couldn’t have been any more perfect for our needs. The most lovely couple renting out the space went above and beyond for my daughter and I. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Furniture needs rearranging. Bed against the wall makes it very difficult for person on inside. Very comfortable chairs but side by side are not good. Better to be separated and kind of facing each other. Room could and should be made comfortable. Hope this criticism helps. Towels could be a bit thicker.

Quiet.clean place.internet is fast.good location. Sam is very nice person. He offers help to everybody in the place. They offer fruit.bottles of water.coffee..etc.

Room was well furnished, well lit and clean. Melanie was great, she always helped us with queries irrespective of time. They made us feel like home away from home. Thank you for being above and beyond.

Melanie and Sammy were the best host ever! Their hospitality was on point welcoming friendly, kind hearted. They went above and beyond on many occasions so just felt like a home away from home. I absolutely loved staying there. They made it feel like being apart of a big family with nights where other guests came together socialising, endless laughter. I would definitely recommend and stay again. No problems with WiFi or noise. It was peaceful when ready to sleep and joyous with everyone coming together. Having a sweet tooth, made this house even more sweet because as you move through the house you found an assort of sweets in different locations to help yourself to. Such a sweet touch. My suite was big, beautiful and spacious ensuite with a fridge, toaster, microwave, comfy arm chairs and a dining table set. Sammy and Melanie even went one step further and had a mini hamper with breakfast, tea and coffee stuff prepared on the table so I didn't need to worry about breakfast or if I wanted the snack. The bed was extremely comfy. I also loved the bottle of wine and the hand written note they left welcoming you in the room. So sweet. The house overall was a very beautiful, very clean and tidy home as the pictures shows. Comfy sofa in the living areas. Decorated in beautiful painting that you can get lost in admiring. It really was a blessing to meet Sammy and Melanie. I will never forget my sweet stay. They have set the bar high for other host. I have said it already but I would recommend staying here and I would book again!

We liked the friendly welcome provided by the host on our arrival and that our room was freshly renewed and clean. The place was very quiet at night and we felt completely safe.

We did not like that the home was advertised as having "Luxury Suites" when in fact the room we had (#3 at top of stairs) although newly refinished and clean was far from being "Luxurious". Some examples of why we say this are: i. the window curtain was very simple and barely large enough to cover the window, ii. the furnishings (chairs, table, dresser, microwave, etc.) in the room were all old and well worn not anything Luxurious about them, iii. the bathroom although newly finished and clean was little more than six or seven feet square and had no window - no luxury there, iv. there were only two towels provided - no bath towels (other places we have stayed during COVID provided extra towels, v. the bed only had two pillows - no extras and also there was no extra bedding such as a blanket (not Luxury by any standard), vi. the attempt at providing some breakfast items in our room although a kind gesture (we do realize that the main kitchen was closed due to COVID restrictions) did not display anything luxurious about it. In summary we do not feel this property lives up to its advertised standard of being a "Luxury" accommodation at least by our standards and we stayed here without complaint but have offered some constructive criticisms to show what it would take to make the room Luxurious as advertised.

The hosts were very open and welcoming during my stay. I have lived with people before and stayed at hotels and most times they are not as cordial. Sammy and Mel have been wonderful with the accommodation here. You have peace and quiet enough to concentrate when working. The room was spacious for all my belongings and the bed was nice to my back. There is a lounge outside to relax at noon. You may even spot some elegantly coloured birds and lots of Squirrels. The location is close to beautiful parks and a particular trail that connects the Highland creek to Lake Ontario. Above all the hospitality and occasional free meals were a highlight making this a perfect second home.

Sam was helpful and friendly. The fruit, and more in the room was an unexpected bonus. The kettle was very much appreciated. Lots of storage in drawers. Nice desk and chair. Plus extra comfy chairs. Huge room. Everything worked, and was well arranged. Wifi worked exceptionally well. Safe parking on a large driveway for the motorcycle. Nearby strip plazas had exceptional smoked meats (Northern Smokes) and good coffee.

I STAYED HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND IT WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATION, THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, A COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN ENVIRONMENT FOR ANYONE.

I like this property bcs it’s quiet and so if you are a traveler who works this is the best one for you! The room is also huge, been traveling a lot but this is the best that I’ve been, I like how spacious it is being a person having a claustrophobia. I like everything about it. The host are also lovely to invite me in some food gathering and that makes it makes the life of alone sometimes feeling abandoned filling in. The house and the host fill in those empty hearts and they are very accommodating. Yes m so grateful to this host and I have all my respect. They maintained this property so well so when you have polysinusitis - you are good, there’s no dust at all! The bed are so comfy, the sheets are so clean. No dust not bed bugs, no crazy dudes which means so safe like heaven! The owner and his family are so lovely especially smile who is so witty throwing jokes! Thank you Melissa and Sammy for allowing me to stay in your amazing home! Will surely come back sometime! Xx

This plane was honestly THE BEST AirBnB i've ever been to. My fiancé and I had a such a good quiet time there. The caretakers were AMAZINGLY accommodating like wow such good service. The rooms were super clean, the wifi was great to watch movies and do some work on my laptop. Amazing flowers everywhere and the birds wow, so many rare kinds. Such a peaceful place to work, read and just relax at. There's TTC, stores, literally everything around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back with my Fiancé. 5 star rating for sure!!! There's an amazing trail close by too, must see!

n/a, there's literally no complaints that i can make.... This place is just top shelf quality! Oh and they have amazing paintings too, if you're an art fan like me.

Being a house it should be little bit more reasonable.

The house is very clean, tidy and very well sanitized. It is very peaceful place to work from home. There are plants, flowers and beautiful paintings which makes it a very beautiful house. The caretakers are very helpful and friendly. It was just like staying with a family.
