The staff is very unprofessional and immature. The balcony and rooms are also not clean l overall this is not suitable for family. Smoke smells comes from all the hotels

the room and bathroom were dirty. The bedsheets and towel were dirty.

Staff is good
they didn’t provide the proper breakfast. They served only cold rice and cold tea in the morning . They provide same cold breakfast everyday . No changes , no buffet , nothing .
