The view from the apartment is amazing! The living room (which also serves as the master bedroom) is spaciuos and has a huge terrace with a large table and chairs (for 6 people to sit easily).

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator; the building is in the middle of nowhere so a car is necessary, granted it is 10 min by car from Gmunden and Traunkirchen, and 5 min by car to the nearest grocery store in Altmunster. There is only one toilet; toilet and bathroom are tiny and uncomfortable. There are 2 separate small bedrooms but neither has a closet and one does not even have a door.

Balcony and amazing views! 10 min walk to a very nice beach (entrance in front of Fischrestaurant Moser)

Apartment itself could do with some love and care, just a a few examples: toilet isn’t properly attached to the floor, dishwasher is hard to close, anti-mosquito door on a balcony is not closing properly, there are wine glasses in the kitchen but no bottle opener etc.

The view and the balcony is great, kitchen was nice and well equiped, dining area is nice. The double beds are comfortable.

The only normal bedroom is very small, and got extremely heated durring the night. The second bedroom is actually just 2 beds, with a curtain, in the hallway. The toilet basin is not very stable.
