Very cute house! I didn't want to leave. Had plenty of everything. I definitely will stay there again. I have recommennded this house to several people after returning from our trip. The house had really nice & big washer & dryer. Was nice to come home with a suitcase of clean clothes rather than a hamper of dirty clothes. I took my teenager son & his friend & they enjoyed the bikes & kayaks. They also made friends with a couple other teenagers at the pool the first night we were there. Pool is open to 11pm. I loved everything about this house & the location. Was a short (30 minute) drive to Key West. I can't wait to plan my next trip there.

Rich and Laura provided a wonderful property for our stay in the Keys. It was a quick and enjoyable 30-minute drive to Key West. The resort was beautiful and we could see the canals and a quick golf cart ride to the big water. Wish we could have stayed longer. If I dreamed up the perfect beach house, this would be it! And we had the most delicious key lime pie! Thank you Rich and Laura!

Great spot for a quick getaway. House was perfect for my husband and I and our girls. What is posted is what you get which was great.

We have been going to Venture Out for 13 years. We enjoy the community and have rented this property several times. Great hosts, great amenities and delightful property manager.

Great location & wonderful park amenities! Beautifully decorated and clean home. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

We stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed mornings on top deck slipping coffee. Used bicycles to explore the grounds. Rooms were nice size, everything needed was in kitchen. Everything was clean, organized and worked. The house was perfect for us. As for the resort, it was ok, except the wonderful huge pool was closed for 2 days when we arrived. We had planned to explore Key West so wasn't a deal breaker. If we return to that area we would definitely stay again.

We are a family of 6 with kids ranging from 2-13. Plenty of room for all of us and we really enjoyed the community. Very secure and we felt safe having our kids wander around as everyone was very friendly. The home had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. We will be back!

Nice resort feel with many full time residents, but we did not feel like outsiders. Amenities were plentiful and trip to Key West took 25 minutes

Nice house, was what I expected

So many amenities. There was not a lack of things to do. The spare bath had major dust on the top of the shower and the light fixtures. The electric outlet on the island was sticking out, my husband is an electrician and fixed it did you. The water pressure in the spare bedroom was awful in the shower. Would have been nice to have a larger table in the spare room since it was the only place to set anything as well. Just preference. The property manager was super nice. So happy to have the extra ice below as the frig couldn’t keep up. We would definitely stay again however. We loved the park! Thanks for sharing your house!!

We enjoyed celebrating Christmas in the Keys. There was so much to do in the community. We really enjoyed our time.

Stayed with my huband and another couple. Loved the welcome pie in the frig! The house was clean and spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. However, the large palm tree at the back of the house hit the bedroom window all night when the wind was just right and we were never able to fully close and lock the front door (but felt safe in the gated community). Also bring deet if you're going to sit on the deck at sunrise or sunset.

Great property. Very spacious, extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our time. Did not use all the items that were at the house. Did use beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Did not use the bikes, kayaks or BBQ. The property was very secure. People were very nice and friendly. Would stay here again.

Very nice place. Super clean, nice appliances. Has everything you need, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, the works. Beds are very firm. Gated complex with lots to do. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very cute, well equipped property. Slight problem with description of beds -- not ideal for 2 couples since only one queen in 1 room then two twins and trundle in other. (Pic showed queen in both.) Advised owner and corrected for future guests. Thus, not great for 2 couples but I'd pick it again for ourselves and grandkids. Plenty of room for small family. Lots of extras -- we didn't use them but there was a grill, bikes, kayaks, and more. Keep in mind $125 resort fee charged by resort not by owners. A bit high in my opinion. We didn't use any of the facilities. We didn't use pool because you could not have beverages in pool (even plastic or cans), had to go down ladder (difficult for seniors) to get in water at beach area. Again, I like to include good and bad in reviews but, yes, I'd pick this place again for a family.

Clean, convenient and beautiful.

Very clean, organized, and comfy stay. Close to key west. The fee at the gate is what it is but you may as well build it into the price of the stay. For those that can use it that’s great. For those that can’t just build it into your stay.

We had a very good stay in this beautiful house, cozy, very clean and very well equipped. the reception was perfect and very accommodating.

Perfect place that has everything you need. The owners have thought of everything.
