Everything was very good, Staff was very personable and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Easy access to freeway. The hotel was impeccably clean and well designed. Amenities were fantastic. The coffee was great.

The breakfast offerings weren’t great.

Could hear plumbing from rooms above me.

The building was very modern and in a nice area. The rooms were very clean. The mobile check-in process was easy and the I enjoyed the ease of mobile key. There was a lot of parking available as well.

The room doors all close very loudly and could be heard when in the room. The lock on the bathrooms doors didn't work for me.

no one cleaned my room, made the bed nor refreshed the bathroom towel/condiments which was very surprising as I had left the room at 7am & returned at 9:30 pm- Im not sure if this was because I only stayed 2 nights & if this is a new standard procedure

Location, modern, and clean.

Pool was extremely small and no hot tub. Water was cold and I have had kiddie pools bigger in my backyard. Rooms were small and sparsely furnished. The side doors had a step up/down with no clear markings and no signs. Ending up falling and sustaining bruises and abrasions. Safety hazard.

The location was in the vicinity of various stores and restaurants. I thought the breakfast just ok, not bad just my preference.

The room was nice, but above us was a running child every night and early morning. That's not the hotels problem, but would have made it even better to sleep through the night.

I liked that they offered fresh fruit and bottled water at breakfast. The cleanliness of the lobby and hotel room was very good.

I disliked the pre-wrapped breakfast sandwiches. There was not a variety of juices. I had expected a hot breakfast. The pool is not heated it's only like room temperature.
