L'appartement très grand avec les 2 chambres, la cuisine équipée. L'immeuble récent. La proximité de la gare et des commerces.

Le check-in compliqué avec plus de 5 mails avant l'arrivée pour rappeler de déposer une caution et envoyer une copie de passeport. L'appartement assez sale : moquette tachée, poussière, cuisine sale... La douche un peu bouchée. La poignée de porte du salon cassée.

The location and secure.

It was tired. Beds were uncomfortable, so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. Sofas and blinds need replacing. The office block opposite could see in.

Proximity to the train station and bus stops. The shopping mall was very close by as well for food items etc. The apartment was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We had no issue collecting the keys as per the directions in the email sent by the management company.

It wasnt clear (no notices or instructions) on how to put the heating on so when we arrived the first evening we were quite cold. I rang the Firoz Management company office the following morning and spoke to a very helpful lady who talked us through how to turn the heating on. We found though that it took quite a while for the heat to come through in the radiators, and when it did, the radiators did not get that warm. However, the weather wasnt that cold so we were ok but it might be an issue if someone was staying in the apartment in very cold weather.

Nice and clean and comfortable. Spacious bedrooms snd bathrooms.

There weren't any details about setting or adjusting the heating and boiler so we didn't have hot water in the morning. We did manage to sort it out though.

Process of authorising damage deposit was very confusing and didn't work despite multiple emails. In the end I had to call the service agent to get the deposit authorised against my card and receive joining instructions at the last minute. The apartment had badly stained carpets, broken kitchen appliances and a clapped-out sofa suite. This meant I had to take photos and email them to the service agent to prove the apartment state

It was really close to the centre, with everything that you needed

They tried to take my deposit twice and when we advised them that there was no remote for the TV we didn't hear from them for the two day duration we were staying
