I liked poori bhaji a lot, wok fried rice and Chicken pizza. I liked how staff are friendly and helpful, I like the suite

The toilet is too high and after shower there's no way for water to go to drainage, I always need cleaners help

Our room was clean bed was comfortable Tasty food and cocktails in Jasper Restaurant

Initially, I was given a room on the third floor, even though I requested in advance the reservation team for a room on the upper floor. Also, it was my birthday, and the room was not decorated as requested before. No my birthday cards have been sent to me. Upon checkout, Reception team has informed me that we need to pay extra as the room rates have been increased. But I told them that we are not going to pay anything extra and we paid amount as per our booking.

I don’t have a nice view room. The staff was little harsh on the visitors policy. I had a reservation with my family for an event at the place. They were hesitant to let any visitor to come by to meet me.
