The man I talked to on the phone was very kind and helpful. He stayed on the phone w me until we were able to enter the flat. The apartment was quiet and nice.

Must download an App that keeps your birthdates, passport pictures, etc., forever. Cannot get the flat until you agree, which is an Internet private issue in case the App is hacked & our data are compromised. The elevator has key slots for every floor, which made it seem like we had to walk several floors to this attic apartment. Thankfully, the man on the phone said no key was necessary, as we needed to enter the apartment first to get our keys. I didn’t like all of the technology - the weird white contraption to lock and unlock the door, etc. The company should do what’s convenient for the guest versus putting stress on the guest just to enter into the apartment. We stayed at another apt elsewhere and they gave us a code to unlock a box that had the apartment keys in it.

Excellent location, right at the start of the pedestrian area. Apartment is very comfortable, with central heating. Parking (paid) is right in front, there is an extra charge (10 Euro p/d) but allows entrance/exit without restrictions.

Check-in using an app might be complicated, especially for those less tech savvy. It took us some time to scan the IDs properly, and then facial recognition was failing for one of us. There should be an alternative.

Very easy check in and check out, great position. The flat was very clean.
