Great location for both town and beach. Cervia has a picturesque old centre and an attractive area with bars and restaurants along the canal. There seemed to be some kind of market most evenings which created a lively atmosphere. Small hotel situated on a leafy residential street. ALL staff very friendly, helpful and hard working - thank you Alessia, Paula, Ricardo, Michaela, Francesca, Simone…can’t remember all the names…sorry! Not forgetting Francesco, the pool attendant. Really loved the food! Plenty of choice from the breakfast buffet. Couldn’t fault the evening meal: four courses, variety of dishes, all tasty and well balanced. Congenial ambience in the dining room. Waiter service. We looked forward to dinner each evening!

No complaints really….maybe a couple of pictures on the walls of the bedroom to make the the decor less neutral and more cosy.

The most friendly, helpful and hard working hosts/staff (11/10), good restaurant with quality breakfast and coffee (9/10), nice swimming pool with enough space (8/10), parking at the hotel is free and easy accessible (10/10), nice and clean bathroom (8/10), airconditioning works perfectly (10/10).

Very noisy, bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, because you hear every sneeze and crying baby (2/10). Rooms are clean and the size is okay, but the economy rooms have a slanted roof and are not suitable for people over 175 cm (5/10). Family hotel, so expect a lot of toddlers and babies.

Two nights were to cold for only the thin sheet. To have some extra blankets in September would have been nice.

Breakfast was good, parking place good, location good.

The size of the smallest room for four persons. We would suggest to instal additional Moskito Net to the balcony door.

The hotel was really nice and clean. it was 8min away from the port. Breakfast was great!

The swimming pool is not on site and the walk to the beach is bit of a walk. other than that everything was great.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is in a convenient location from the beaches and town. Great family room and kids loved the swimming pool and play garden.

The manager is extremely friendly speaks fluent Italian, German and English and wants to be sure you have a pleasant stay! The pool is a plus!

You need a lot of tertris skills to fit a family of four in the (bath)room.
