Location was close to the train. Neighborhood was decent.
No towels, no room service after 6pm. Would not allow visitors to enter without ID. Smoking allowed in the building. The whole room smelled of smoke and the sheets and our clothes smelled of it too.

For the price, and reasonable location, this worked for me.
It's about what I expected.

Across the street from gas station,
Front desk ladies are very rude and it’s only three of them, whether it’s the night shift or day shift, An this is not the 1st I stayed at this hotel, Like if you don’t like your job they should quit, some of them act a little racist. So beware , I’m paying my money to stay here, not them, one of the rooms ac didn’t work, and one of the night staff lady was giving me a hard time to switch rooms. I should of call 311 and reported them for how hot the room was in a 90 degree weather, Maintenance don’t give to sh*t about cleaning. It’s never a hotel manger on sight. And the rooms sometime are not even cheap, so I can’t even say you get what you paid for. They staff needs some structure. Cause at the end of the day this hotel is in the hood, don’t let the gas station across the street fool you. You might hear gunfire here and there, an definitely them annoying sirens.

The hotel is a great location
The room was so dull one ugly looking chair and the room smell of cigarettes even after requesting non smoking room. The sheet had cigar burn on it and the water keep stopping while using it. Need a better furniture in the room and cleanliness. One small wash cloth for 2 person, open bar soap and no cable.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station taking you straight to Manhattan, however the immediate neighborhood is not that interesting. Staff was friendly and kind.
The walls were paper thin and windows had a gap, so I could hear all the other guests (from shouting in the early morning to nearby nightclub). The shower had no pressure or hot water most of the time.

location
the hotel gives “pay by the hour vibes” if you know what I mean. The parking lot maybe holds about 4-5 cars so we never was able to park in the lot because it was always full. the room was outdated and the bed was like sleeping on a metal slab. The bedding looked very questionable so we purchased bedding.

Very close to the Fort Hamilton Parkway station, which makes it easy to get to downtown Manhattan :) Friendly staff.
The water in the shower would run cold after about 5 minutes, but could be because of the extreme cold outside.

There was no breakfast at all, either ordered out or stuffed myself up with junk food lol
There was hardly any t.v channels on cable television just like 3 cable ones and Luke 5 regular channels

I like the style and the bed was comfortable and the fact that it had a mini fridge and microwave was awesome
nothing really it was all very accommodating
the lighting in the bathroom could’ve been a bit better and the quality of the channels on the TV but overall it was a good stay. I would say put the wifi password in the room like on a welcome note by the microwave and fridge.

Nothing.
1) NO PRIVACY: They demand to know your credit card pincode if you CC requires the pin to pay.
2) UNBEARING SMELL: The room, elevator and hallway smelled like cigarettes 24/7 - it's unbearable and the smell won't go away.
3) UNCLEAN: The bed cover sheet is sticky, it's definitely either not washed (properly).
4) RUDE STAFF: The staff is rude, stares at you like you're an animal and don't even greet you.
5) AMENITIES: No hanger, closet, kettle in the room.
6) UNSAFE: The windor opening is very unsafe. Someone can easily jump into your room if you leave it open.
7) FALSE REPRESENTATION: The pictures don't represent the current state of the hotel at all. That's false advertising.
8) BAD VALUE FOR MONEY: This place doesn't even deserve 1 star in my opinion, more like a cheap motel charging hotel price.

The the person who check me in seemed nice.
To shelves, closet, coffee & could stand some Clorox. The location is okay, I guess.
