Cet appartement historique restauré est situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble de deux logements. Il dispose d'une grande cuisine ouverte / salon offrant un merveilleux espace pour les groupes.
Lors des récentes rénovations de l'immeuble, nous avons tenté de préserver autant que possible l'intégrité historique, notamment en restaurant les boiseries d'origine et en remettant en état les planchers de bois franc d'origine de l'appartement.
La chambre principale a un lit king-size californien et la 2ème chambre a un lit double. Il y a deux entrées privées pour cet appartement. Un espace de stationnement hors rue réservé est fourni. Vous avez également un matelas pneumatique à utiliser dans les espaces communs.
Zones extérieures: vous pouvez vous détendre dans la cour et allumer un feu dans le foyer, ou vous asseoir sur le perron et regarder toutes les personnes se promener dans South Grand Ave.

Property listing was exactly as pictured! Very clean and comfortable for our family of 3. The apartment was well stocked with towels, kitchen items, and essentials. Great location for walking to local park and restaurants. Easy travel to local towns and stores. Our stay provided a home base so we could relocate our daughter to Valley Park to work as a rehab intern at the World Bird Sanctuary. Would definitely stay here again!

This listing was very accurate and the hosts communicated well and left lots of nice thoughtful touches that added a little something to our stay. The location is fantastic, and we appreciated having a designated parking spot as well as street parking in the front. Lots of close restaurants nearby and centrally located for our needs. The house was clean and decorated nicely. It is an older home though, so thin walls and you can definitely hear people walking upstairs, but the hosts provide earplugs if needed. We did have an issue with the TV display, but we were gone a lot of the time so no biggie. We’d definitely recommend.

We stayed here this past weekend with our three kids (ages 1-7). The place is very nicely renovated and has everything you would need for a few nights away. We were impressed by the dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. for making breakfast and dinner each day. Even the bedding and bath towels were great quality and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the space and enjoyed hanging out there each evening for dinner and games. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to St. Louis.

This property was so cute and very clean. The beds were SO comfy and they even had a highchair. Check in process was very easy and the host was very communicative about our stay and making things go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely stay w this host again.

Our family had a beautiful time! Everything was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to some nearby restaurants and around Tower Grove Park. Only a 15 minute drive to all of the things we wanted to do (City Museum, the Arch, etc).

My two daughters and I stayed the weekend at this lovely home in Tower Grove. I wanted to be close to the park and to walkable areas for entertainment and dining. This location had it all. Walkable to the park and to the South Grand district. The home was perfectly clean and we loved the vibes--record player, beautiful wooden tables, very clean--and they provided fun treats that the kids loved, like Ghirardelli chocolates and trail mix. We didn't want to leave.
Check in and out was super simple, and we appreciated off-street parking, especially on Saturday night when the street parking was all taken. Thank you, Hannah, we hope to come back.

Very nice historic townhouse near park and restaurants. Charming and nicely decorated place. Appreciated responsiveness of owners - we had noisy upstairs neighbors our first night, but once this was communicated immediately things changed. Overall a nice stay!

Needed to be in the area for medical reasons and the house provided a nice safe place for me and my family. It has good restaurants within walking distance and and a great park within walking distance to get out and walk for fresh air and exercise. Property managers checked in with us during our 70 night stay and answered our messages in a proper amount of time. We would definitely stay with these host again.

The apartment layout and parking was convenient, and the location couldn't have been better. Lots of nice touches, like cozy throw blankets and a vintage-style media console with a crate of pretty great records.
The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of storage for our stuff. Very responsive hosts.
It's an old two-flat, so it came with the usual - creaky floors and you could hear most movements made by the upstairs neighbors. But we were fine with that. One thing I want to note - the path from the parking pad to the front door is a little treacherous. The steps are narrow, steep, and noticably uneven, and one set didn't have a railing. We didn't have any issues, but we had to be pretty careful with our kid and carrying groceries.
The only drawback was that they didn't have measuring spoons, so cooking for Thanksgiving was a little more adventurous.
Overall, great stay. We may return next year if we come back to St. Louis for Thanksgiving.

Sooo amazing! My friend and I rented this property for a long weekend in St. Louis to see our nephew at the MUNY. Hannah was so prompt in responding to any question I had and check-in was a breeze! The location is in walking distance to so many great little restaurants and Tower Grove Park one block over was gorgeous for walking each morning. Every amenity we could have wanted was available in the home. The only tiny downside is although we love the charm of a renovated building, the floors are creaky and loud. Our upstairs “neighbor”, also a rental, seemed to be running laps upstairs. I will not and cannot fault Hannah and our rental for that and they quieted by 10-11pm. We overwhelmingly loved this rental and if ever back in St. Louis would rent again!

Super apartment that has a great location. We got in super late at night and the directions to check in were perfect. Pictures were texted ahead of time. The hosts made it a great experience. We had some snacks left on the counter and they hit the spot after a long day of travel. Hospitality was on point. Great decorations in the place and the appliances, bathroom, etc. We're in great shape.

You won’t find better than this. The hosts have thought of everything guests might need, from laundry pods to a footstool to coffee filters. Sparkling clean and perfect for my family of four. Comfy beds and the kids loved the record player and giant chalkboard. Super responsive and helpful hosts. Great neighborhood and location, lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Parking is convenient. highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for our family. Nice neighborhood with great restaurants and parks to walk to and easy access to all city destinations. The kitchen was well stocked for making family meals, we sat around the fire pit in the evenings and our kids loved the giant chalkboard.

Perfect Location!
The Tower Grove area of St. Louis is wonderful! Lovely restaurants, Tower Grove Park, and it is diverse and funky with the kindest people. This apartment is just off the main drag so you can park your car off street and walk. We wanted to stay somewhere close to our son and we were only two blocks away! It worked out perfectly for us. Also close to the interstate. The apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The bed I used was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever used in a vacation rental! We will use again if available on our next visit!
