The house was perfectly located near beaches, shopping and any store you may need. The beds were very comfortable. The house was well stocked with anything you may need. The back porch with pool/hot tub was amazing and the dock was so peaceful. Jim and Rene were excellent hosts! We will be back.

We had a fabulous time at this property; they have everything you could possibly want to make your vacation special. There is a heated pool and hot tub, lanai with bar and outdoor TV, the living room area has a TV and fireplace, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean and the showers have excellent water pressure. We sat on the dock at the river many mornings and evenings (they even furnish fishing poles if you want to fish!) We visited the Florida Aquarium, went to a Tampa Bay baseball game, enjoyed two different gulf beaches (they supply chairs and a cooler you can use), and did a dinner cruise out of Clearwater Marina. Everything was less than an hour or right at an hour away! Lots of great restaurants nearby or you can use their well-appointed kitchen to make your own meals. The hosts are very accommodating and communicative. We are already talking about when we can go back!

Our stay was perfect. If we didn't have things to see an do we could of stayed there an been very content. The hot tub an pool were very relaxing. Fishing from the dock an watching sting rays swim by was great. You could ask for a better place to stay. Jim and Renee were great an very helpful.

Very nice location. Wonderful lanai with hot tub and pool. Really enjoyed being able to have jets on in hot tub, without the blower on. This enabled us to talk, listen to music, or watch TV. Jim and Renée were super nice and very helpful.

The property was well cared for and immaculate and matched the listing. The hosts communication was above and beyond as he contacts you at every step of the process. You will find step by step instructions on how to use every remote and switch that you will need.

The house was immaculate. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was really easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. There were ample instructions on how to use anything that might be at all confusing. Everything is very well maintained and the kitchen is amazingly well equipped and organized. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Morning coffee on the dock, watching the fish jump, dolphins swimming by, the odd manatee or two. What a wonderfully, peaceful stay in a lovely home.

Jim & Rene's home on the river was a suburb choice and an incredible oasis. Close to everything and yet it felt like we were staying at a quiet resort. Check-in was a breeze, our hosts gave us a tour of the property and explained all we needed to know about how to operate the electronics and pool/spa. We couldn't have asked for more congenial and personable owners. The house was impeccably clean, and well stocked with everything one could need for a Florida get away from beach chairs & towels, fishing gear and pool floats and every amenity for the kitchen and dining aspect of a rental home. We highly recommended this property and if FL ever calls to us to visit again this is certainly the place we will be going to. Thank you Jim & Rene for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Riverview is an amazing place to stay. This home has everything you need and then some. Jim & Rene are wonderful hosts, they are very informative, pleasant and thoughtful. The home is very clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Beds are comortable, as is the living room with recliners. Pool and spa are great. View down to the river is just beautiful. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here.

Spent 5 peaceful and restful weeks at this property and boy do I feel rejuvenated! Jim and Renee provide a top notch experience from checkin with our keyless entry and plenty of food for our first few meals to checkout flexibility and always wonderful timely communication. We even had to deal with a hurricane which wasn’t stressful at all thanks to the support and regular communication from the owners. This property is even more beautiful than the listings show and nice easy drive to Tampa and Orlando. Would definitely repeat this stay!

This home is outstanding. You can find plenty of things to do close by. If you just want to relax and enjoy the surroundings this home does not disappoint. The setting is beautiful, the view from the Lanai and pool is just fabulous . You can sit on the deck and wave to all the boaters. Jim and Rene are great people and if you need anything just let them know and they will make it happen. Hope we will be able to go back next year.

This property is VERY clean. The Hosts Jim and Renee are the very best. They have such a lovely home. They met us at the property to show us around and how to use everything, very helpful. They left us a note on the chalk board to welcome us. They had breakfast items in the fridge, bacon, eggs , butter, and fresh fruit bowl, hash browns in the freezer. They had a half gallon of milk and bread. The Bed was amazing( just like home). I mean I woke up thinking I was home. We slept so well. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. We were able to rent a boat from the local boat rental and for mentioning Jim and Renee, we got a huge discount. Jim and Renee respected our privacy and were able to call on them for questions. We defiantly will return again if available. Thank you so much for welcoming us in your lovely home. You are the Best Jim and Renee.
