The location within Wuppertal is good. Busses stop nearby and the city center and train station are in walking distance.

The flat was pretty worn down and the list of minor problems is long. The cleanliness was one of the biggest issues with random hair in the shower, rotten food in the freezer (it doesn't close properly), stains on the blanket, sticky door handles, dirty dishes, used and dirty sponges and dirt in many corners. The overall state was screaming, that the owners don't care too much. To pay it forward I removed the rotten food from the freezer. Didn't feel to sanitary either. On top of that is the apartment pretty noisy and the neighbors do not try to keep it down after 10pm. One night a guy was speaking loudly (I assumed on the telephone) until after 4am.

Nice apartment with balcony overlooking internal garden area. Reasonably easy to get to main areas of Wuppertal.

Would have liked an extra seat! Sofa was a bit small for 4 people to relax together.

Staff was not available when you need them. we booked for three adult man and informed them several times that we need three separate beds but there were only two double beds. One of us had to go to a hotel and pay high price during exhibition rates. Bathroom was not clean enough and very small.

location and price

2-bed flat I rented was given to someone else without prior notice. Agent offered me alternative accommodation. Lost two hours after long and tiring journey. We were troubled far too much.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Has all amenities you need. Communication with the owners was very smooth and friendly, making check in fast and easy. Less than 5 minutes walking distance from the city center and a big supermarket for all your supplies. Private parking in a very secure courtyard. Great value for money.
