Spacieux chalet calme avec une chambre à coucher, niché à la périphérie de la réserve nationale des Everglades. Profitez d'une escapade paisible dans un village de pêcheurs historique et somnolent. Notre chalet spacieux est meublé avec tous vos besoins essentiels pour un séjour agréable à court terme.
Sortez sur votre porche arrière privé qui donne sur et au-delà de la baie de Goodland et des Everglades, pour attraper le lever du soleil sur les mangroves. Profitez de notre spacieuse cour arrière, détendez-vous sur la digue et observez un passage de dauphins, lamantins et oiseaux indigènes. Apportez votre canne à pêche et pêchez au bord de l'eau!
Notre village propose des animations tout au long de la semaine. Il y a 4 restaurants différents accessibles à pied, ainsi qu'un marché de fruits de mer frais.

I found Goodland to be a quaint & quiet spot - all that’s needed for a brief respite. While it has that remote feeling there’s still plenty of access for water events and shops in Marco are 10-15 minutes away.
The host is amazingly responsive to any questions. Booked my calendar for a return visit.

We had a great time at a great location. We could watch the sunrise over the water or just sit by the water & enjoy the view. We could walk to restaurant, fish market & marina.
The kitchen is well stocked (pots, pans etc) so it is easy to prepare food.

This small cottage is off the beaten path, yet very close to the Goodland local restaurants offering delicious meals. It is also only a 15 to 30 minute drive from Marco Islands’ gorgeous beaches with beautiful white sand and plenty of shells for collectors.

The easy check in process, the accommodating host, the comfortable bed, the excellent water pressure for showering, the location with easy walking to restaurants but still a quiet residential area, not far from Tigertail beach and wonderful amenities such as kayaking and bicycling would by themselves rate this a 5 star home. Forget all of the above features and just enjoy the beautiful view with dolphins 10 feet off shore, a beautiful sunrise and the quiet lapping of the water and you’ll give this home another 5 star rating.

Charming & clean! Perfect location to get to an early morning shelling boat trip. The owner made sure every need was met as well as extra comforts & welcome gifts. The Little Bar is walking distance for an delicious meal .

Fishing Cottage
The property was an old Florida style cottage but completely refurbished - clean and airy with all the amenities needed to prepare and store food. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a wonderful view of the water from the back door with a charming small back porch. There was several seating areas near the water and we watched dolphins and birds while drinking coffee in the morning and sipping wine in the evening. There were also kayaks available to tour around the little islands. The hostess was communicative and helped make our stay very enjoyable. We plan to return for another visit.

Beautiful, peaceful cottage & rare location!
This cottage was sparkling clean and contained every amenity we needed. It was 100% as pictured and advertised, communication with the owner was excellent. If you are seeking a quiet, peaceful place to rest and enjoy the beautiful waterfront location, this place is perfect. Limited food and activities on the island but very short drive to all the action of Marco or Naples. We would definitely return!

Perfect in every way!
We loved our time in Goodland and stay at Amanda’s little cottage! Everything was just as shown on VRBO listing. Amanda was very easy to work with and she allowed us to check in early which helped us out. We enjoyed the new fluffy bath towels. Our only disappointment was that Stan’s was closed on Saturday night which we found out when we went over to enjoy music and have a drink!

Quaint cottage.
The location is perfect, walkable to restaurants and yard with view of bay. Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Only issue is washer- dryer….needed $3.50 in quarters to wash a load and the same to dry. Could not find a place on the weekend to obtain the change. Fix that and the condo is excellent.

Quiet spot
Very nice, laid back spot to relax. We could walk to bars and restaurants. Great spot on the water for watching wildlife. We even saw dolphins. The check in process went perfectly. Nice owners!

A great cottage!
This cottage had some really great amenities including dolphins and manatees that were easy to see right from the dock. Very clean, modern and the hosts were very attentive. Highly recommend staying here. I would book again next time im in the area.

Two day getaway!
The bungalow was really cute and we enjoyed it. One thing though, the listing talked about being in a cute little village with restaurants, shops and a museum. Only problem is, nothing open in the summer! Everything had signs saying see you in October! Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also, couldn’t find the kayaks, but we weren’t sure how many units were sharing them so maybe they were just in use by others when we looked. And one more issue we had, there was no cable tv. There were TVs, but only for streaming services, so no regular channels meant no olympics. Also, internet was super spotty.
All that being said, it was close to Marco island and was clean and comfortable!😊

35th Anniversary
Very quiet and clean place to stay. We didn't want for anything, it was all there. Shampoo, soap, dish soap and even cream for the coffee.
Short 10 minute drive to Marco Island for day trips and sunsets.
We will keep this place in mind for long weekends down the road.

Lovely hidden paradise!
Perfect place for a quiet romantic getaway. Close to the beach but far enough to feel secluded. We woke up to dolphins on our second day. We really enjoyed the bikes and kayaks for free use and my husband especially loved fishing on the pier all weekend. Ate at the little bar restaurant two nights in a row. Best blackened mahi I have ever tasted in my life! So yummy. I absolutely recommend staying here if you visit Marco island.

Alight stay
The place was very clean, tidy and decorated nicely, there were even some beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use. The outside was a bit deceiving. It was on the water but not very nice. We were also a bit disappointed with the town of Goodland.

Lovely cottage for anniversary weekend
Clean, comfortable and updated cottage that was the perfect anniversary getaway. Close to Marco Island and its upscale restaurants, but a world away from the crowds. We also loved the Little Restaurant in Goodland. Can't wait to come back!

Adorable cottage in a special town
Our little cottage was perfect for us! Very clean, overlooks the bay (we saw dolphins!) and a quick walk thru the park to restaurants/bars. Goodland is a special little town, quiet, clean & friendly, and not one bad meal! We will definitely be back & will stay in our cute cottage by the bay !

Amazing and Relaxing VRBO
Communication with owner was fluid and they were very flexible with us. We appreciated that a lot!
The VRBO is extremely clean and stocked with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed and sleeper sofa and on a clear day, the sunrise is amazing and at night you can see a million stars in the sky! Will definitely stay here when visiting Goodland or Marco Island in the future.

Great hosts, Good property
We really enjoyed our stay. Amanda is a nice person and lives next door so she is super available if you need her. The cottage is clean and nice and on the water. Goodland has some good restaurants, is minutes from Marco Island and close to destinations in the Everglades, which was perfect for us as we did both beach and Everglades.
