This property was very clean and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed an adults only weekend at various concerts and felt safe and welcome in the home.

My family request this property every year. The host is great with communication and the home is very clean. They love the space for everyone to be comfortable. This is a great place to stay!

We were in town for my MIL memorial. The house was what we expected . Some of the furniture was nicely updated and we enjoyed the downstairs family room. The master closet was locked so we needed to hang our clothes in the entryway closet. The house was very very warm when we arrived and after traveling for 5+ hours, trying to prep for the next day in a hot house was hard. By time we arrived back after dinner, the house had completely cooled down. I think the high temps were unexpected so the normal temp setting was just too high for that day. The master bed is very soft but we slept very well. Location was convenient to shopping, family and the airport.

Very roomy older home with older appliances. VERY clean carpets, great communication with owner/manager. Our family really enjoyed our Thanksgiving together at this property! Thank-you for making it available!

My cousins and I stayed here for an Ohio State game / guys retreat. The house is very comfortable and clean. I would happily stay again. Recommend if you are looking for a nice place to call home away from home for a couple days! The owner was very prompt in responding to questions.

It was a hot day and when we arrived it was too warm in the house. It is a split level and it took a few hours to cool the upper floor off where the bedrooms are. The sheets in the master bedroom appeared stained. I found only one fry pan which was cast iron and would normally use but it actually looked a bit damaged on the bottom and it was an electric gas cooktop. I did go out and buy a frypan to use. The master bath toilet clogged twice. The showers could use some soap scum remover. The overall appearance of the home inside is a bit dated. For positives: it was a nice quiet neighborhood, we slept well, the back yard and deck with table and chairs was very nice. The back yard is fenced in for some privacy. It was great to have a driveway to park in. And the price was great. And to be honest and fair, I would not normally stay in a split level as they are not my favorite layout and I never called the Hosts to discuss any of the issues. I'm sure they would have addressed a couple of these but we were so busy running around during our stay.

Very clean,spacious house in a quite neighborhood. Very close to groceries and gas. Would definitely start here again.

Property is in an established area, close to our daughter's house, airport and freeways. 3-level split, with everything you would need to move in. You just need to bring the food and drinks.

This was my first time staying in a short-term rental and had a good experience. I came for my niece's graduation and this house was very close to the highway and stores. The neighborhood was very quiet and close. I would stay here again the next time I visit family.

We enjoyed ourselves for the most part. Didn’t really like having the home owners belongings (underwear and socks) in the bedroom drawers. Spider webs/dead spiders in the corners of the lower floor level. Door had issues getting into with the deadbolt. Was close to shops and highway which is a plus.

We had a lovely stay, a perfect home away from home. Everything was as advertised, clean, and cozy. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication was easy and on time. We visited Columbus for a family wedding. The house is in a neighborhood with easy to the city. The place is easy to find, the rooms are comfortable, and the backyard is great. We recommend this place!

Nice neighborhood and great location to stay for the weekend of the mopar nationals. Owner was kind to leave us a lemon cucumber which have never heard of or seen before. Nice gesture. The only thing that was a disappointment was there is not a door on the master bathroom so there is no privacy

The home was just as described..perfect perfect perfect!! The only issue, but really not an issue, was there was no outside trash cart to place the trash in when we checked out. I like to clean as much as I can before check out, and when I called/text the host I never got a response. I felt bad leaving all the trash bags in the kitchen. And other than spiderwebs everywhere, and we were "attacked" by a few centipedes..lol..the home was clean and very welcoming. It really is a NICE home, you can tell they take pride in, and we had all the amenities needed for our stay. If we needed anything else, there were stores literally right down the street..Kroger, Walmart..etc., to get what we needed. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood overall was beautifully kept. It was the perfect home away from home. And although I didn't get to speak with the host personally, I will DEFINITELY be booking again with them for every stay. Which will be often since my daughter will be attending grad school there.

Very nice, central place to meet with my adult children.

We used it to visit family in the area. Two of our daughters stayed with us. We had two dining tables to play games. Great deck to entertain and an outdoor grill. (Had 11 at one time. Close to 270 to travel around Columbus. Would use it again and would recommend the home. Only negative have to live out of suitcases no drawers space.

Needed a place to stay while visiting our company headquarters. The location was great and the house met our expectations.

We had an amazing time and this beautiful home was just icing on the cake.
