Véritable propriété de villégiature quatre saisons située au sommet de la station de montagne Peek N 'Peak. Ski-in / ski-out 50 mètres pour soulever le n ° 1 en hiver, ou regarder les golfeurs jouer les deuxième et huitième trous du pont en été. Le salon spacieux dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert accueillant avec un mobilier moderne. Une salle de jeux terminée avec une cheminée et une table de jeu de palets est un endroit idéal pour passer du temps pour les adultes et les enfants. La cuisine est bien équipée pour répondre aux besoins de tous les niveaux de cuisine. Les chambres sont confortablement meublées pour accueillir les adultes, les enfants ou un mélange des deux. Des salles de bains propres et à jour à chaque niveau offrent un confort et assurent un accès facile à toutes les dispositions de couchage. Situé à une courte distance en voiture des vignobles et brasseries de New York et d'Érié ainsi que du lac Chautauqua et du lac Érié. Faites du vélo sur un kilomètre sur une belle route de campagne jusqu'au pittoresque lac Findley ou restez sur place et profitez de tout ce que la station Peek N 'Peak a à offrir comme le Serenity Spa, le parcours de golf de niveau PGA, l'immense complexe aquatique avec passes incluses, les restaurants, et aventures en plein air.

We have little ones and we were looking for a quick trip to spend with family. This was perfect. We spent two full days at the resort pool, mini golf, playgrounds, etc. this property was well maintained and communication with Beth and Dave was great. Thank you!

Everything was great. Christmas decorations really helped with our celebration.
Beautiful home and well appointed. Dave and Beth communicated so well with us right from the beginning.
Nothing against Dave and Beth, as we would all stay there again however, we think the housekeeper forgot to sweep the floors all throughout the lodge. Easy oversight when you're on a busy schedule. And thank goodness our daughter-in-law thought ahead to bring het can opener so she could make the Green Bean Casserole! We all looked for one...if it was there, it was well hidden.
Only other thing which can't be controlled would be more snow! Lol, maybe Mother Nature will be more cooperative next time!

We stayed here for a weekend girls’ trip. It was perfect! We golfed on Friday and went to Findley Lake on Saturday which is just a short drive. We loved the condo - the layout was perfect for our group and the shuffleboard and array of board games was an added bonus. Would 💯 stay again!

The house is very beautiful. We had a great time. Everything was very close if we needed anything. My only suggestion would be to replace the sleeper sofa in the basement with a new one.

Beautiful property inside and out! We enjoyed relaxing at the house after a long day at the Peak n Peek pool. It was the perfect getaway for our family of all ages. The property owner was helpful, and great at communicating with us.

I chose the word access for both the property and the owners. It was ideally located for skiing. It was especially fun for the children as we were at the terrain park lift. As for the owners, there was constant, timely, and seamless communication. My questions were answered promptly with good solutions in a patient manner. The place was well stocked and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying at SkiBirdie Lodge! It was clean, decorated very nicely, and had all of the features and kitchen tools we needed. Lots of games downstairs, as well as shuffleboard and old school Atari type games. We were across the street from two lifts, but due to weather unfortunately they weren't open. There was another lift just a couple minute walk away though. Communication was great, and a minor issue with the door code was fixed quickly upon arrival. 10/10, A+++!

Great property for our family's ski weekend. Thoughtfully and nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen and basement game room area for the kids. Beth was great with communication. Check In was easy. We will definitely return for another stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ski Birdie Lodge. The booking process was seamless and the home was spotless and exactly as described when we arrived. Our stay was very comfortable and the house had everything we needed! The location is perfect - situated on the top of a large ski hill and very close to the ski lifts. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and we hope we can come back again soon!

Our group loved our stay at Ski Birdie! The house was spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We spent lots of time on the lovely deck overlooking the golf course. The owners were quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend! Would be excellent for families and groups.

This is the second time staying at this condo. We will definitely book again. The location is perfect for any season. You are right on the golf course and right next to a ski lift.

Great golf at the Peak
Cabin was comfortable. We found the bath towels in the dryer in the nick of time. Could have uses extra pillows and blankets for 12 golfers. Grateful for timely access code.

This house was well stocked and well maintained. We had two families stay here and we had plenty of space. The kids enjoyed playing board games and hanging out in the finished basement and playing shuffleboard. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful! We definitely recommend staying in this VRBO

We even were able to work with our little ones on their skis in the back yard. Only a few suggestions, the rooms were quite hot at night and the only blankets were really heavy. I guess we are hot sleepers. Also the furnace downstairs is pretty loud and sent our littles running up in the night to our bed because they were afraid (though I don't really think there's much to be done about that). Finally, in the welcome notes it mentions free passes to the pool which aren't offered so maybe just an update to the welcome notes is needed. We had such a great time though and the kids LOVED the arcade in the basement and the awesome bunk beds. The game and book selection was good and I wish we had gotten a chance to use them. The pictures of your family are very cute :) Thank you so much for having us.

just pack a toothbrush!!!
condo was well equipped and perfect location. kitchen has ample pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. owner provided enough cleaning supplies and paper products for our three-night stay. loved that xmas decorations were still up. beth was prompt, attentive and knowledgeable to our questions. beds were very comfortable; kids liked the bunks. we brought along paint tarps to protect the floors from snow and slush after a day on the slopes. we did not miss a second refrigerator as we were able to store extra drinks in coolers outside. thank you, mother nature, for that. my granddaughter loved the child seat in the kitchen. she fed her baby doll at every meal! we had a wonderful time!!! thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house was perfect for our family getaway. The location was just what we were looking for, the house was clean and well equipped, and the owners were very accommodating and responsive. We had three families all staying together with ages from 2 to 70 and everyone had so much fun. Highly recommend and hope to be back some day!

We stayed five nights in the ski birdie lodge over Christmas. The home was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty to do inside, and the location in the resort was optimal. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond to any of our needs. We will be back!
