The condo was beautiful! It was perfect for what we needed! The view was absolutely stunning! However i wasn’t to fond of having to clean before we left. Obviously, wash dishes and put them away, take out trash, and clean out fridge and freezer was expected. But having to wash the towels and the used and the bedding was a little off to me. We have stayed in multiple condos, and have never had to do that before. Especially since they charge a cleaning fee and have 6 hours between check out and check in. Since all the cleaning staff would have to do is sweep, mop, and replace the bedding i already washed, i think the cleaning fee was a little pricy. But other than that we had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay! We are a family of four, with two toddlers (ages 2 and 4)! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed having the pool area and the beach right there. Just down the road from Daytona activities. The place was sweet and comfortable.

The condo was exactly as we expected based on the pictures and also the reviews. The pro’s: The kitchen had everything you needed in terms of cookware and even some spices, coffee filters, Tupperware for leftovers, etc. It is true the ice maker is not working so pick up a bag with your groceries. The location on the beach is outstanding! And having Publix right across the street was a plus! The view from the balcony amazing and the pool was nice and super warm and clean. Some opportunities to note that did not take from our vacation but may be issues for others. They are doing work on the building as you can see on many buildings up and down the beach. During the work day you will hear it. The hot water heater is not large so don’t try and run bath, dishwasher and laundry at the same time! And the lighting in the master bath is so dim especially in the shower. And finally, the community bbq is not useable - its old, filthy and looks like it hasn’t been used for a long time. We bought a little grill and left it for others to use behind the community grill. None of these things were deal breakers for us and would rent this condo again in a heart beat. Enjoy!

Definitely would rent again. Amazing condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect place, clean and for the most part a quiet little condo complex. Great to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony and listen to the waves early in the morning.

Family summer vacation 2022
We had five of our family on this trip. Ages 10 through 50. Check-in was smooth, and exactly as sent in email. The condo was clean and had the beach decor we love. Betsy was very quick to respond to any text about amenities or neighborhood. We loved the privacy of Ormond Beach, versus being in Daytona. Made it easy to keep our eyes on each other while playing in the ocean. The surf was a bit higher than we are used to, so we had a blast on our body boards! The condo was well supplied with everything we needed, Keurig or filter coffee pot, there were even filters there to use! Kitchen was well stocked with all essentials needed for cooking. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths, and beach towels. We utilized the beach chairs and umbrella too! Publix is right across the street, which we used several times. We ordered pizza from Bruno’s, and they were so fast! Very friendly service too! We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you, Betsy and Sylvia, for your hospitality. Great location that matched what was advertised
This is a great property that did exactly what we needed it to. It shows it's age and it needs some basic things like a spatula, the master bed was noisy (just getting in and out and moving around), and the washer/dryer were also noisy. The only "surprise" was probably how small the showers were, more like something you'd find on an RV. Other than these small things, great place and great location! Would definitely stay again.

Could’ve been better
The condo is located in a nice area and right on the water. The condo itself is outdated and could use some upgrades, as well as a new cleaning service. When we arrived, there was sand and dust all over, toe nail clippings left in the bathroom, urine stains around the toilet, a dirty sponge left from the previous guest, bugs and ants throughout, broken and damaged blinds in the bedroom, corroded batteries in the remote control, broken ice maker and non functioning washing machine. For the amount of money this place costs, I wish we would’ve stayed somewhere else that was cleaned properly.

Peaceful stay
Unit is very spacious and comfortable. View is great, as is the beach access. Beach was so empty and peaceful. Most everything we needed was provided by the host, except for a box of tissues. We asked about where the tissues were, and we were told tissues are not provided. Seems strange that a $2.00 box of tissues is not provided; it is a standard in any other VRBO where we have stayed. But all in all, an enjoyable stay.

Relaxation
We had a ladies only trip, and it was perfect! Clean condo with everything we needed. It was safe, private beach with Dunkin Donuts, grocery store, Dollar tree, and nail salon right across the street! Great restaurants nearby, and the people are so friendly around that area. Our Oceanfrontview, and balcony was amazing! We all wish we could stay longer, and we want to come back

99th birthday celebration
My mother enjoyed sitting on deck watching the surf. She was able to navigate the ramp right down to water’s edge. Got chilly on deck with ocean breeze so bring a sweater. Had tv issues but with the view it never mattered.

Overall experience was great. The location was just what we were looking for kinda of out of the way but yet close to everything. The view Of the ocean was spectacular. The only problem was time went by to quick. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and Quiet
Great place. Only suggestion is to update listing and details to match. Examples: listing says you need a parking pass, per owner you do not. Listing says keypad entry is one thing, but you get a text that it's something else.. and Listing says checkout time is prior to 10 am, but you get a text the night before to be out by 9.

Beautiful vacation property
We had a wonderful week staying at this condo. It is convenient to everything. There is even a grocery store right across the road. The water was absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Daytona 500 visit
Check in was great - our flight was delayed and was after midnight with no issue. Unit is very "happy". Murals in the living room and master bath add to the beachy atmosphere. Unit has many extras for guests, even used the binoculars during the Daytona 500 race - was great! Kitchen had plenty of supplies and even had coffee and seasonings for our use. Balcony had ample seating and location is out of the hustle & bustle with a Publix within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.
