Vacation Home w/ HOT TUB, 2 MASTER BEDROOMS, HEATED POOL NEAR BEACHES!
Maison entièrement rénovée avec tous les meubles neufs. La cour arrière est très grande, y compris un feu de camp avec une piscine avec un bar swim-up! L'endroit est idéal pour les réunions de famille ou simplement pour des vacances. Il est proche de toutes les principales attractions ainsi que des plages. Nous avons une grande véranda en Floride et un garage double privé.

My granddaughter wanted to go to the beach for her 16th birthday so I thought it might be nice to find a house near the beach and I happened across this listing. Her girlfriend and cousin came with us, along with my daughter and her boyfriend who were visiting from Texas. The house is close to various stores and restaurants, as well as only 15 minutes from the beach. Everyone had a great time and it was nice to come back and relax in a heated pool since it was still a bit cool and windy at the beach. Any questions I had before or during our stay, Nik answered them very quickly. My granddaughter has already said she wants to stay at this house again and I couldn’t agree more.

The property was lovely for our kids and dogs. We enjoyed the pool very much. The house was clean and prepped well. We felt very at home. Nik was great with communication and a really great help when needed. We can’t wait to come back here for our next family vacation!

We chose the property because it fit all of our needs. 5 friends picked a central location our grand kids could visit and we could all have fun. THIS PROPERY DID JUST THAT!! The basketball hoop was a life saver to the teenage boys and the heated pool enjoyed by everyone in weather that didn't get over 60 all weekend. Nik the host was fabulous he contacted us back quickly with the answers to all our questions. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Very clean when we checked in. Perfect place for the " golden girls" to enjoy their weekend

We had 7 adults staying in the house and it was comfortable for all. Great gathering places for conversation and eating. The host was friendly and fast to respond. Would love to rent this again.

The home really fitted our needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. It was approximately 18 miles from everything including the Hardrock Casino as well as the wedding venue. The kids loved the pool! I only wish that each bedroom had its own tv instead of the one tv in the living room. We had to watch kids tv programs.😩

Great house for family and friends
We were celebrating my son's graduation with family and friends. We had a great time! The pictures were true to the property. The property was very clean and spacious. All we needed was provided (they even had 3 different coffee makers). The neighborhood was nice. The outside space was very nice with lots of seating areas and the swimming pool was nice and clean.

We had a great experience. The house was clean. The pool was refreshing. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was close to the beaches and the sponge docks. Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you for a much needed getaway!

21st Birthday
The home was beautiful, clean and had plenty of amenities that made it feel like home. The trip was made to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and the home accommodated all 7 us of comfortably.

It was not what we expected
We had a little problem with the owner because it took him a long time to give us the access code to the house, despite having written him several times. Then we realized that the house needs maintenance from the outside, because it does not have lighting, the pool has a broken table inside, which represents a danger, in addition to having excessive chlorine. On the other hand the neighbor is a rude person because it was not even 10 at night when he began to shout that we should be silent because he needed to sleep.
We cannot say that everything was bad because really the house is quite spacious and cozy, and we had an excellent weekend, but I think it is fair to improve what we offer to have good comments.

Perfect home!
What a beautiful property! The home was very big with lots of space and lots of privacy! It had 2 master bedrooms with private walkout to patio/pool area. The home had everything you needed and the backyard was just amazing for cookouts/hangouts. I would definitely recommend and come back to this property. The owner was also very responsive and polite.

Easy drive to the beach
We had a great stay. Comfortable beds for everyone. A nice pool to come home to after a day on the beach. We had a great dinner the night we got in from a neighborhood restaurant, Little Greek. The rest of our meals we were able to fix at home - the kitchen is well equipped. We had one equipment failure and the owner was there right away to fix, and it was a holiday!
