We overall enjoyed our stay at this property. House was clean and came with all the required things for a stay with toddler and younger kid. Commute to Yellowstone west entrance and grocery store is also quite manageable.

This apartment, part of a duplex, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Exactly as advertised! Only issue was that internet went down once overnight and router inaccessible for reboot. Service was up again by morning so no harm done! 😀

In all the rental homes we’ve stayed in in various states, this is the only one we enjoyed so much and hated to leave.
The views and wildlife from the porches were incredible. The extra personal touches provided by the owner made this place feel like home: quality towels and soaps, stocked kitchen, comfy couch and chairs, mattress, and pillows, extra blankets, bear spray, cooler for traveling in park…. Owner really thought of everything.

This is a dream place if you enjoy a little country! We loved this place - stay 3 nights and had a grand time. The place is very clean and had everything we needed and then some! We had bison and red drops in our front and back yard one morning! I highly recommend. It is truly about 8-9 miles from town so stock up before you head out. Easy check in and out; perfect location to explore Yellowstone from the west entrance.

If you go around the middle of May or before you might get lucky enough to have the Bison & babies up close as your neighbors. They have there babies in neighborhood area and then slowly make there way into Yellowstone as things warm up. The house was everything we needed. Close to West Yellowstone entrance. Comfy clean house & very attentive management company ! We had a wonderful time !

Overall, the property is pretty good - did notice that the foundation needs repair. Many buckled floor boards and deck off of the back leans one way. The beds are in serious need of replacing - very uncomfortable. The best thing was location. The worst thing was unremitting, horrible mosquito issues! We could not go outside, there were so many swarming! Clearly, this is not something that can be attributed to the management company.

If you want to visit Yellowstone and stay outside the park, this is the perfect place. It is quiet and has lovely views of Lake Hegben and the mountains. We would sit on the deck and look through the carport enjoying the breeze. We even saw a coyote one day! It is very clean, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Property Manager, Marta, was very responsive. We have only compliments. We would stay here again. It would be a great place to stay to visit Lake Hegben, Gallatin Forest and more in addition to Yellowstone.

On our family vacation this property allowed us a base camp and everything we wanted to do was close by. We were able to go to the park and a short trip for river floating in Idaho. We would definitely use this property again!

Beautiful view
We loved staying at this property for our Yellowstone vacation! It was just far away from the hustle and bustle of the city for us to feel like we were secluded but not too far away in case we wanted to hop in town. I loved all the wildlife that surrounded the area and the view was breathtaking. The beds or comfortable and the property at all the amenities that we needed.

Cozy and quaint
Perfect little place in a perfectly quiet neighborhood! Drive to Yellowstone close enough. Views are amazing, beds were comfortable, had everything you might need. The bear spray to borrow was a nice touch. Had an issue with the dishwasher and Marta responded quickly to my message and Chris the maintenance man was there in the morning to fix it. Kuddos. The abundance of wildlife on the property make for nice evenings to relax and watch! (Foxes, grey wolves and of coarse the bison heards)! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Great little home for a getaway
This place was perfect for our Yellowstone vacation. The place is clean and comfortable and has all the amenities we needed - coffee maker, kitchen supplies, even Tupperware containers for us to use during our stay. The house is away from the hustle & bustle of town, with great mountain and lake views. Plus, it's only 15 minutes from the West entrance of Yellowstone! We were so thrilled to see a fox twice in the neighborhood. The house is well-maintained, with super soft towels, and everything so clean throughout. We loved having a washer and dryer, too! Definitely would stay at this property again or any of the others managed by this company!

The experience was very good. Checking in was easy. The place is in a beautiful area of Montana and feels remote which we loved. But not far from West Yellowstone. Place was clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice place fairly close to West Yellowstone
Place was a little hard to find on a dirt road but nice inside. Planned to have 4 adults but 2 backed out so only my wife and I stayed here. Had everything as listed, Direct TV, internet, resident fox who visited daily, comfortable bed, stocked kitchen. Don't buy pancake syrup at the store since there where 4 open, nearly full ones in the cupboard! Many spices also. Coffee cups were tiny! Enjoyed our stay but cost was a little high( 4 nights cost as much as 13 good hotel nights on our 21 day trip!)

Easy 15-20 minute drive to west Yellowstone and park, with lots of amenities in town. Very close to beautiful lake hebgen and trails/picnic areas. Had everything we needed and stay was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and had nice views. We even saw a local fox a couple of times!

Great property. Close to West Yellowstone which was convenient, but away from the crowds. The bear spray was nice peace of mind. We really enjoyed watching the foxes in the morning. We would definitely stay again. Marta was easy to contact and responsive to our needs.

Clean and Functional Home
This property is extremely clean. Bathroom recently upgraded. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Linens are new and fluffy. Functional kitchen with basic necessity to cook and prepare meals. Washer and dryer definitely a must and came with laundry detergent. Our family had a wonderful time . This house is located in the forest and we waking up and enjoying coffee on the deck and soaking in the open fields of green and mountain ranges was so relaxing.
