Es handelte sich um ein geräumiges und schön ausgestattetes Appartement. Bad und Küchenbereich haben alle Erwartungen erfüllt.

Alles wirkte noch frisch renoviert. Fernseher mit Smart-TV. Weiße Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

Wir hatten die Suite für vier, es waren aber nur zwei Tassen in der Suite. Es gab nur drei Kleiderbügel im Schrank. Der Wasserkocher war schon länger nicht entkalkt und die Fenster schon lange nicht geputzt worden. Frühstück im Hotel kostet 16€. Für jemanden der nur ein Belegtes Brötchen und einen Kaffee braucht, zu viel.

Meiner Schwägerin und mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Alles gut organisiert, Personal sehr freundlich und mit Freude bei der Arbeit. Zimmer top, Frühstück ausreichend. Busverbindungen/ Haltestellen zum Bahnhof, Altstadt und Häfen sowie Ozeaneum auf ganz kurzen Wegen erreichbar.Wir kommen gerne wieder und/oder empfehlen weiter. Vielen Dank für so ein toll geführtes Hotel.

Check-in process was easy when I arrived after 19:00. The receptionist was so kind to help me with a code for the key beforehand (I made a call after reserving a room) and prepared all arrangements, so we even didn’t have to meet in person, they answer really quick on all spontaneous bookings, I’m so grateful for that. I liked how the room was furnished, and it was rather big. TV screen with many German channels was big too, it was possible also to connect to one’s own Netflix. The ceiling was high and window is letting much light in, the curtains are nice and covering from outside lights and noises. Everything is renovated and fresh. The electric kettle was there and also some tea, coffee, sugar, as well as water and a drink. When leaving check out was also very smooth and rapid, thank you!

I had two pillows on the double bed, one of them was with someone’s hair, so I picked another side of the bed, where pillow was clean. However, the room I booked was for one person. There was a weird smell in the bathroom, not too bad, but noticeable, so I had to ventilate it and keep the door closed.

Clean and nice. The beds war the best I had on a hotel.

Newly renovated hotel with pretty good amenities. Good value for money, we feel. Not far from the harbor and the old city of Stralsund. Clean and stylish.

Fridge was underpowered. It was hard to make our room on the western side of the hotel dark enough at night, so we slept slightly less well than we would have liked.

The walk to the beach was easy, about 10 minutes, and to the old town, about 15 minutes. The soundproof walls plus the room having a courtyard view made it a very quiet room. The shower was fairly large, larger than most in our European travels. We appreciated that the room had a small refrigerator, kettle for heating water, hair dryer, and free wi-fi. If an elevator is needed, there is one. The hotel has been nicely updated on the inside while keeping the lovely historic outside appearance.

The bed was fine, but a little softer than we prefer. It was a European king size, which is approximately the size of a US queen size bed.

Clean, easy to find, beautiful interior design. Also, provided a hairdryer, sampoo, enough towels.

Could have been warmer. I had to turn on heating and wait for the room to get warm.
