This was a great little home for a weekend getaway with the family! And the management was great about communicating.

My family and I (small children) rented this house for a short, one night stay in Mtn. View. The house was clean and well kept. The house is right down the road from town square where all the action happens.

We had a good stay. We were disappointed that there was no stove. Sometimes it seemed hard to heat the place with the electric heaters.

Everything was fine. This is my first ever B&B stay so I guess my rating is because I'm new to this lodging arrangement. For the price we were expecting more. I am from the area. We were in Mtn View (home) simply to deal with some family concerns. No beds available, so had to go this route. We simply needed a bed and a shower, the rest of the time we were working my mom's house issues. In retrospect, there are several new motels on 5N that we should have tried. They would give us daily service and a better value. But. . . perhaps if we were experienced B&B'rs we would have thought this place was amazing. The pictures show exactly what the place is, and it is clean, so if that's what others believe makes this a good deal, then it is for them.

The cottage was really cosey and clean. The funitue was vey comfortable. It would have been better if there were two bedrooms and one of us had to sleep on the couch. The couch was plenty comfortable enough!

Granny’s Cottage was very clean. It worked well for our short stay, though for a longer stay we would have wanted a stove/oven. One evening deer came out of the woods behind the house, which was quite special. This location was handy to places we wanted to visit. We would stay here again.

For 2 people very adequate Close to everything in Mt View

Thanks so much for the lovely stay. I was traveling by myself with my toddler and felt safe and peaceful here. The hosts were very responsive and gave easy instructions on where the property was located and the code to get inside. The house was nice and tidy and had everything I could’ve needed in it. There are sidewalks leading to the square if you want to window shop on your way there. If I come to Mountain View again, I would look at booking this place again.

We enjoyed our stay. All our needs were met promptly. Grandma’s cottage met the needs of our small group.

This little cottage was lovely. It's not the most modernized place (in terms of decor) we've stayed through AirBnB, but it was adorable and comfortable. The bathroom is small, but it has a full-sized, walk-in shower with a curtain. The recliner is super comfy! It was clean, it smelled nice, it felt safe, and we had a nice stay.

We enjoyed the stay very much. Very convenient to everything downtown. The only thing is I wish we had more towels. We each had one towel and one washcloth each for the whole week. Don’t mind using one more then once but would have liked to have had more then one each. But other then that we loved our time there. The owners were very nice.

Very nice and clean and it was comfortable.

The driveway made it a little hard to get on Main Street ! Oh and some one needs to check out the Kitchen sink, l noticed water some water on the sink on the cold side but I couldn’t see where it was coming from ! Hope this help’s, otherwise we loved it !!!!
