It's in the city centre. Very close to Roxas night market, walking distance. Lots of local shops until late at night. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Some of its facilities are outdated. One of the rooms had a very old mattress, we had to request to change room. And the family room, the curtains are outdated. The sink is not well kept.

The room was big and very clean. The aircon was good and works well.

The airco placrment is very high not reachable by people with average height, you need to climb. The staff was not so pleasant They put at booking.com the Ccomodation has breakfast included, but theres none! No rules for guests to control the noise as the rooms are not sound proof. Should have annorientation to the guests to control such noise.

-Poor communication skills. They should emphasize that late check-out is allowed but comes with a fee on an hourly basis from 1PM-3PM and if it goes beyond 3PM, it is considered as an extension. I checked in at almost 8PM and checked out at 12:52PM and i paid P100 for the hourly rate penalty. It boils my blood! First time for me to pay a penalty. - Room is not thoroughly clean, i was welcomed with a mosquito on the white bed, plastic glass that is not dried up and looks infectious (they should have thrown that one in the bin) -Room will be cooled after 2 hours despite on high cool AC -Bring your own towel. Glad i did! This should be a habit if you are staying in a budget hotel.

Its really good

I was first put in a room with only a small window opening to a ventilation shaft. Although the room was very quiet, it was depressing and after a few days I requested a room with a window and was moved to another room, which was much nicer. The bed was reasonably comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. Generally, the staff was pleasant.

The in-room safe was locked when I arrived and wasn't opened by the supervisor until the next morning. The rooms are very bare with only 1 or 2 hangers for clothing. No comfortable chair for working. WiFi was only good early in the morning. It was not clear what the housekeeping policy was.
