the location is great

It was advertised with heated pools and spa plus “Seaview” and that was the main reasons why we booked the place over the other ones in the area. When we got there, the heated pool and spa wasn’t working, we contacted the property manager and they were great however the owner is convinced that there were nothing wrong with the pool & spa and to follow the simply instructions which we did. We were instructed to go to the unit by the pm on the side of the house and the unit showed Service with the code HS. The owner made no attempts to send anyone or to fix it. On top of that, we arrived to find the place dirty, dusty throughout with food crumbs, hair and fur in the dining and living area. We had to take the vacuum out to clean it ourselves because we have a baby crawling around. The beds were left with dirty bed sheets, pillows and blankets. It looked like the cleaners didn’t go through after whoever was there last or the owners made no effort to put it up to scratch. We were told to hire our own linens and blankets and so we did, the photos attach was how we found the property. The house itself is of great design but the cleanliness and mai tan r is appalling.
