location was great, tons of room. very clean and well appointed~

I wish they had a hot tub

The property was beautiful and spacious. The entire house was very clean and homey. The views were spectacular. All major appliances worked perfectly and we cooked a lot of meals in the house. I can not emphasize enough what a wonderful time we had and would rent again in a heartbeat.

There were a couple of maintenance issues. The area had an unusual high rain fall and the living room windows leaked. Also, there was a window in the master bedroom that was in poor shape and cold air blew in. The house lacked a guide on how to run the tv, heaters and just general information about the house. It would have been nice to have. The property manager offered to send someone to fix the window but the weather was getting better and our stay was almost over so we did not have it fixed at that time.

The view was FANTASTIC.. The local contact for the property was very nice... Spacious... great for large family!

The initial reservation made through Booking.com clearly listed two children and 4 adults... Evolve only provided the owner with notice of 4 adults & no children. The Hide a bed couches were very dirty inside... They looked as if they hadn't been unfolded or cleaned in awhile.
