Location, proximity to beach, and convenient to shopping. Decor was very nice. Propane grille and games were a bonus.

Location was convenient for Jeepin the Coast. Cottage was very roomy equipped with everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet.

This location is really only a 10-minute walk to the beach (thou we drive 4-minutes). The amenities that where included were exceptional. we did go to the beach and just about everything that you needed was available. (We forget a life jacket for my 2-year grandson and was just going to the local Wal-Mart to purchase.) But opened the shed which was given access to us and won't you know it there was a lifejacket! along with sand toys beach balls beach chairs cooler and sunshade, what a nice surprise. The home also had beach towels and beach blankets available, just wonderful. Also, which was appreciated was the fenced in backyard. Loved the covered carport which made it nice when it rained to put grandkids in car seats. Host also provided us with activities that were happening in the area. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and they had plenty of bath, hand and washcloths. There was three adults and 2 small children and had no issues with running out of clean towels. Great neighborhood very quiet

There is a coffee maker, but it would have been nice to have a Keurig single coffee maker. We did use the outdoor grill but could use more grilling utensils (spatula) They did provide colored make up remover washcloths but be aware that all bathing and hand towels are white.

The property is very clean and beautifully decorated. The bikes were a big hit with my daughters!! It was wonderful to have chairs furnished to bring to the beach! It is a quiet, nice, scenic walk to the beach! I will return and bring my grandchildren next time.

The house was very clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. They had a good variety of family games available to play and bicycles to ride to the nearby beach.
