Nasty room with stains all over the bed

the location was good close to town and everything we wanted to do
the hotel was older, run down and in serious need of being remodeled/ upgraded. the pillows were old wore out and flat. the cases were stained brown no where the white they were originally.

There was no breakfast but the location was good for what we needed.
They reported me to booking.com as a no show. So booking charged me $55 bucks. That was 2.5 weeks ago. Still have not got a refund. Only thing I can think is Oyo and booking.com are in on the scam together. I will never use booking.com or Oyo motels again. I tell everyone I no and meet not to use either place. So don't be using either of these companies. Unless you want to be screwed.

it was a nonsmoking room that had burn marks on the: sink, pillow case & bathroom, the bed had a lot to be desired.

The family who runs it is a really nice group of people. The low price is unheard of, but the rooms are run down. If you just need a cheap place to rest, it’s worth the price.
I felt safe, but motels like this usually attract shady people. However, the family who runs it is quick to get rid of nuisances.

I didn`t know there was a breakfast. No one told me when I checked in.
Tried to contact front desk several times to inquire about internet password. No one answered so I gave up on the internet. Will not stay here again with no service.

Room was not clean and very disgusting. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Electric plugs were loose and would not hold plug. Fire Hazzard!!!! Flashing light coming from ceiling in the middle of the night. Was not visible during day. I was afraid there was a camera in the room. Carpet was laid out on the ground outside. No pride is taken in this motel. Still have not received refund from 2 nights I did not stay after I checked out.

Place is uphill and hard to see at night. Needs lights or signs guiding travelers on the highway. Google map keeps directing me around the area. They charged me additional charges because apparently in their system does not show that I checked in; however, I did checked in

The door didn’t shut properly and we discovered a mouse, at least 1 in the AM.
