We were in dire need of a relaxing place to stay after traveling from Texas to rest and visit with family who live nearby. This place turned out to be a gem! Private, serene, clean and comfortable. The property owners were professional, kind and accommodating. We will definitely book again when in Los Angeles.

This property was the best VBRO property we have ever stayed in. It was clean and very secure, so we felt very safe. Everything exceeded our expectations. The washer & dryer was a plus. The location was perfect and we will consider staying there again.

Edwin and Simon have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, quiet, peaceful and accessible. They have thought of all you would need in a home away from home. They have thought of every detail to make sure you have all high tech appliances, beautiful bathroom, beautiful sitting area and wonderful kitchen to make your meals if not eating out. They were thoughtful in the way they designed and maintained this immaculate property. I was staying with them during a renovation that took longer than expected, this place provided me with the peaceful environment I needed and a place close to my home so it can meet with my contractor and still go to work. They are so professional and so knowledgeable in their approach to being hosts. They made sure i had everything I needed for a happy stay. Thank you Edwin and Simon! You’re awesome! The best in fact!

Booked for my son to visit his girlfriend at CSUN. Edwin was THE BEST host, with quick friendly replies to all my questions. My son's feedback: EV charger was extremely handy and appreciated. Easy to get to property, convenient location, no noise, no traffic, good privacy even though 3 units there. More economical option than local hotels, especially if you like cooking your own meals. Kitchen well-equipped and had salt, pepper and spices on hand, but needed to run out for cooking oil. Only one small issue: the glass coffee table is a shin-bonker and something to consider for families with small kids. Otherwise, it was a perfect weekend! Thank you, Edwin & Simon!

I needed a place to stay for business in the LA area for a week. The property is quiet and safe behind a locked gate for which you have an entry code. The property looks EXACTLY as it does in the photos. Edwin is a welcoming host, but respects your privacy. If you need anything, he is always available by text or phone. I had some important business documents coming by Fedex and he set them aside for me while I was out. Very clean, no keys to worry about losing (codes for gate and door), outdoor sitting area and up-to-date furnishings and appliances. Couldn't have been a lovelier stay!

Another great LA visiit
This is our second stay on Chase Avenue. It's a bit further out, in Northridge, but convenient to the places we wanted to see. The hosts were awesome and we would likely stay here again. The kitchen is really great with everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and there's plenty of storage.
