Good location near family’s house and metrorail

The house was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great—just a short drive to Metro and we felt very safe. The deck was really pretty. Wish it had some lounge chairs on it. There is only one hair dryer in the house so you might want to bring one. We would definitely stay here again.

I traveled to Maryland with my parents for a week of visiting with friends and family, and for work meetings. We are from Maryland so are familiar with the area. We were able to easily navigate to stores and restaurants because we were so close to the ICC, 355, Connecticut Ave & Georgia Ave. There were enough bathrooms that we each had exclusive use of one. There were ample bedrooms and 2 living areas with large TVs. The screened porch and backyard are true winners; they are stunning! The host was responsive and helpful. Our largest complaint was cleanliness. There was so much dust! It was caked on the HVAC returns, ceiling fan blades, light fixtures, floral/plant decorations and even the candle decorations on the wall in the primary bedroom. We all experienced runny noses and post nasal drip as soon as we walked in the door, and felt better as soon as we walked outside. I was also disappointed to see remnants of the last user in the primary bath toilet bowl and sink. There was no way they were cleaned prior to our arrival. The inside of the microwave was not clean. If the home had been clean, we would have felt more comfortable there and this review would easily have been 5 stars!

Many TV options tho no local network options for football on Thanksgiving. Nice beds throughout. Quiet. Clean, clean, clean.

This house has worked perfectly for a place to stay for family gatherings, now two times! There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be very comfortable. The place is nicely maintained and very clean. The pool in the back is a nice bonus. Although it can take a while to get into Washington DC, the location is very convenient to local shopping. The hosts are easy to communicate with. We would be happy to stay here again!

The house was great for a family. There was lots of space for cooking, relaxing and sleeping. The location is convenient to the Glenmont station, 10 minutes drive. The Foosball table was a big hit with my family, as well as the pool! There were plenty of towels and the laundry room was great. Daniel was very accommodating Host and got back to us in a very timely manner when we had a question. I would stay again for sure!

Being able to jump in the pool after long days was amazing. They were able and willing to accommodate an early check in. Great neighborhood. Close to essentials. Would definitely stay again if we came back to the area.

I had work in the area, and decided to rent a house for the week instead of (4) separate hotel rooms. If in the area I highly recommend this property. The neighborhood was very quiet, house was very clean and accurately listed on VRBO. 5-stars.

House and pool were very clean. The screened in porch was great. Quiet neighborhood, we hardly saw any neighbors.

We went out to Maryland to visit Washington DC and have a place close enough to get there easily, but far enough to be away from the hustle and bussel. The house and neighborhood was perfect! We are very simple and clean people, and that's what the house has.... Simplicity and cleanliness! Communication was fantastic and quick throughout the booking process, the checking in process, the checking out process, and was supportive and helpful. We loved the pool deck area and the fact that there are two outside seating areas. One right off the kitchen and it's screened in. Then one below that is in the shade and you can still watch everybody in the pool. AC worked so good that we had to keep the house warmer than it was when we walked in! There wasn't anything bad or complicated that arose during our stay! We will be reaching out to hopefully rent this house again when we return to the area!

We had a lovely stay. After spending long days in DC, it was the perfect retreat to rest and relax. Cool, comfy, and the pool is amazing!

Property was great. Would have liked to seen the pool heated to add a little more enjoyment after a long day of walking around DC.

This home is not only beautiful, but it is a family oriented space. Although, I was not able to use the pool since I came in the winter, I had a great stay at this home. I will be back and highly recommend this home if you are in the area!

Sharon and Daniel were incredibly flexible and considerate as our family, arriving from the west and east coasts, tried to work around winter weather. As hosts, they responded quickly and helpfully to queries. Their home is exactly as listed and our family enjoyed the opportunity to be together in a lovely setting.

This house was a great fit for my family visiting the DC area. Large enough for everyone to have privacy and the pool was really great on hot days.

We were in town visiting friends for a few days. The house was great! It was close to stores and not too far from both Baltimore and DC. We also enjoyed having the pool during the hot hours of the day.

I travelled to Rockville from the Midwest to attend a wedding shower. Three adult women stayed here and while the weather wasn’t conducive to using the pool, the screened in porch was. Owners were quick to assist, and very friendly. I would rent again

This home was perfect for our family. We came from 3 states to attend a graduation in Rockville. The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The porch and the pool made the weekend. The owners were attentive and flexible which made our visit welcoming. We hope to stay here the next time we are all in the DC area.

Plenty of room for a very pleasant stay. Close to shopping and transportation. Would gladly come again the next time we visit. Hosts are helpful and responsive.

Nice, large property that accommodated our family of 7 very comfortably. A little bit outdated furnishings, however still a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close enough to the downtown DC area, had convenient places to shop, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The home is clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the screened porch. Check in and check out was a breeze and the owners were easily available by text to answer any questions. The whole experience was very positive and if we’re ever in the DC area again we will look to book this place first.

This was the perfect home for us. The kitchen was very well furnished, plenty of linens, lots of space. I would highly recommend this home!

Really nice quiet property at the end of a cul-de-sac. Big living room, big separate family room, and really nice screened in porch I'll make for good gathering spaces or quiet time. Beds in each room are very comfortable three upstairs and one downstairs. Not within walking distance of Metro. Bus to get to a metro station but you can drive easily to a nearby metro station to park and ride.

Place needs some updating and better lighting. Careful of the throw rugs! And hand rails need to be on the stairs!

As active seniors (ages 65-79) gathering for a. local 3-generations family reunion weekend, we appreciated finding basic comforts, inviting spaces, ways to exercise, and enjoy the well planned lovely spaces outside. Do be prepared for potential trip hazards-scatter rugs in kitchen & top of stairs, no handrail on stairs, and raised door sill to enclosed porch. Also, the (legless) couches are extremely low. All easily correctable by.caring owners. We would gladly stay here again.

This was a great place for my family to stay. After a day of site seeing it was nice to come back and relax.
