L'appartement a été entièrement rénové en 2014 et est situé dans un merveilleux contexte résidentiel, entre Ponte Pietra et Ponte Garibaldi, et à proximité de monuments d'intérêt historique et artistique importants.
À proximité, il y a tous les établissements que le client peut souhaiter, du supermarché à la pâtisserie, des épiceries fines à la pizzeria à la coupe, ainsi que bien sûr les restaurants renommés du centre historique. A quelques pas se trouve un point de location "City Bike", pour accéder au centre historique ou faire du vélo dans les environs.
L'appartement a été rénové en vue de créer un haut niveau de confort pour le client, et a été meublé avec un mobilier design simple et moderne. Equipé de tous les ustensiles de cuisine et serviettes et draps (avec possibilité de changement sur demande).
Le salon et les chambres sont spacieux et lumineux, les salles de bains avec douche sont toutes deux avec fenêtres, la cuisine américaine est équipée de tous les appareils, y compris la machine à café Nespresso.

We loved every minute we spent in this clean, modern, beautifully appointed apartment. It is across the river from Central Milan, close enough for an enjoyable walk to the city center and far enough away to provide peace and plenty of living space. Our host, Renata, gave us all the information and care we needed and responded quickly and thoroughly to our questions.
The flat is in a quiet, secure building a short walk from a grocery store and other shops. It was a real pleasure to use the apartment as our home away from home while exploring Verona and some neighboring cities.

This is a fabulous apartment-bright, modern, stylish and spotlessly clean. It was much bigger than expected especially the 2 lovely bathrooms. It was well stocked but could I just suggest that some dishwasher tablets and maybe some olive oil be supplied?
We didn't get to meet Renata but she was a super host nonetheless. In constant contact by WhatsApp with sightseeing recommendations, restaurant suggestions and was very helpful whenever we needed a taxi booking.

This property was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was spacious with two large baths and bedrooms. Everything looked newly updated and all appliances (including the air conditioners) worked well. Everything was clean and the apartment was very well stocked. The host, Renata, was very nice and helpful. The communication was great. The apartment was a short walking distance from town center and attractions. We were able to park our car in the owner's garage in the basement so that was convenient as well. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

The apartment was large and felt larger because of the ample windows, with those amazing black-out shades in the bedrooms to help jet-lagged guests sleep. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances worked. Renata is a gem — she was always available on WhatsApp and cheerful about advice. We were there during a real heat wave and careful about turning the AC off when we weren’t in the apartment, but delighted to have such efficient AC when we were there. The apartment is near the Ponte Garibaldi, but on the other side of the river from the Old City. It would be less convenient for guests with any difficulties walking, but it would be impossible to find this level of space and comfort in the old city itself.

This was only my second experience as a Vrbo guest, and the host was wonderful, very responsive, and had excellent recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again, or refer friends and family.

Renata’s immaculate apartment just outside the center of the city was so perfect for the four of us. Two comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for two couples. Renata was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent (I have to practice with WhatsApp!). Quiet location with easy access to the old city. Highly recommend.

Clean, Modern Apartment in Lovely Verona
My family of 5 enjoyed staying at this clean and modern apartment just blocks from the Adige River and a short 15-minute walk to the heart of historic Verona. Out of all the properties we stayed in during our 2.5 week trip, this property was by far the nicest in terms of amenities, cleanliness, and space. Renata, her daughter and husband who live in the building, were communicative and helped us immensely with recommendations and transportation. We used taxis and buses to travel around the area and Renata went out of her way to reserve transportation for our family when the taxi drivers were on strike. To fully explore the area, we would recommend renting a car and booking this lovely apartment as your home base.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Renata and her family are exceptional hosts and very responsive. The apartment was pristine and comfortable. All the sites are within an easy 10-20 minute walk!

Perfect apartment and wonderful host
Our family of five stayed in the apartment for four days and it was perfect. It is light, quiet, and well-equipped. Everything is comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but close to the center, and there are cafés, bakeries, and a supermarket close by. The owner and her family are lovely, generous, and helpful. Perfect Verona
Renata is a charming host and from the moment of booking until our arrival many months after booking Renata was professional to communicate with. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t stay longer. The apartment is in a great spot to see all this beautiful city has to offer. We didn’t need to use public transport as we were able to walk to all the attractions. There is a supermarket close by and at all times we felt secure and more than comfortable. There is everything in the apartment you require to make yourself feel at home. On arrival we were greeted as if we were family and Renata took time to ensure we were familiar with the area. I do believe the rating of 5 star isn’t enough. The accuracy of photos and information can not be faulted. If we ever return to Verona this will be the first place we try to secure for accommodation. Perfect spot in Verona
My wife and I stayed in Renata’s apartment for 2 weeks. It was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with everything you could need ,including complementary wine and cookies on arrival.
As others have mentioned, Renata is there to give suggestions and any help you need. The apartment is an easy stroll in the center and near the bus lines to access the train station.
Very comfortable beds and English tv which is uncommon in Italy.

Wonderful
This was the perfect holiday. Renata made the whole experience amazing. Her help prior to arrival was really appreciated as she organised transfers from the airport for us too. Welcomed to the apartment by her very friendly and helpful daughter. Lovely welcome gifts too..greatly appreciated. The apartment itself is wonderful, spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for. We were two couples and having two bathrooms made it much easier as we were both coming and going at separate times. The apartment is ideally situated for easy access to all the beautiful sights of Verona and it is located close to a supermarket and pharmacy. It is very secure as it has locked gate system to get in.
There is so much to do and see in the city and Renata has provided lots of information for her guests..
We all had a lovely holiday and can’t believe we never saw it all in a week as some guidebooks tell you how to do Verona in a day!!..impossible if you want to do it justice..we hope to be back someday and if so fingers crossed Renata’s apartment is available as it made a wonderful base for our exploring.

Excellent experience
Renata was such a wonderful host. Always available and responded to all our queries. The apartment was superb. Very large, Spotlessly clean and had all the mods and cons. The apartment is in a great location, located a short walk over the ponte Pietra into the old town and is just down the road from the Roman theatre . We had a car with us , the use of the garage was so convenient for us . I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to stay in Verona. Do not hesitate !

Super Space
Lovely light and airy apartment just outside of the historic city of Verona, with a balcony where it was pleasant to sit both with a morning coffee or an evening drink. Spacious and calm.
Location made getting into the city very easy, either via Ponte Garibaldi or Ponte Pietra, and Verona is such a beautiful city. We walked miles! And enjoyed the cafes, restaurants and gelato.
We had lots of great advice and help from the owner, which was very much appreciated.

Wonderful apartment and hosts
My sister and I stayed here for two nights and it was a perfect place for us. The owner was very communicative, and we had more than everything we needed. The apartment was spacious, perfectly appointed, and very very clean. Just a short walk across the river and another 10 minutes or so to Verona center. Would highly recommend! We also were able to park our car In the garage.

Fantastic spacious apartment close to all sights
This is a truly fabulous apartment: spacious, bright, immaculate and very well-appointed. It is in a quiet location but very near to the old town so an easy walk in to sights and restaurants. Close to the funicular to take you up to view over the city. The owner is extremely welcoming and hospitable; she could not be more helpful and charming. Lovely towels, bedlinen and friendly touches! I simply have no words to describe how great this experience was for my family and I. Renata was the most gracious and awesome host I have ever experienced! The apartment was perfect in all ways...the location was fantastic, it was spotless, had the perfect layout and was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Renata communicated with us through the entire process, even helping us with transportation from Milan. We now consider her a friend in Italy!!

Beautiful well appointed apartment, very close to the historic town. Only a few minutes walk to all the sights and the apartment has everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday. The bottle of wine, water and sodas left for us, were a very nice touch, not to mention the treats. We were a family of five staying for 3 nights.

Fantastic Apartment in Beautiful Location
We had two couples share this apartment in Verona. Nice quiet location and it was a close walk to everything we needed. Coffee maker, full fridge and washer and dryer came in handy as we were separated from our luggage during travel. No problem! We washed our clothes picked up sox at the store down the street and had a bottle of local sparkling wine while we waited for clothes to dry. Perfect spot to park your car. Very safe and secure and located just below the apartment. Beautiful courtyard surrounds the building. If you are looking for a place to call home in Verona...dont look any further this apartment has everything you need for a great stay in Verona and the owners are extremely kind and helpful which made our stay perfect.

The best possible place to stay in Verona
This apartment is gorgeous and well located to walk into the city. Two bedrooms, two baths, beautifully furnished with a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Who could ask for anything more? Renata and her daughter Sophia we’re gracious hosts. It is the best VRBO that we have ever stayed at.

The perfect place in Veronaj
The property is spacious and beautifully decorated. A real home away from home with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The area is attractive and quiet but also very close to the main attractions of the city.

A very clean 2 bedroom apartment within walking distance to the old town. In a lovely quiet neighborhood. The apartment is clean, modern and had alot of light. It also has blackout type shades for the night or morning, depending on your preferences. Renata left us a fruit plate, 2 large bottles of water, a few assorted other drinks and a bottle of sparkling. We did a quick load of laundry, she even had soap there so no need to purchase anything. Everything was wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay in this stunning apartment. It was large, light and spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There is a small balcony which is delightful to sit on in the early morning. We stayed during an unusual heatwave so the air conditioning was very welcome.
The apartment is in a really lovely block in a gated area and feels very safe & secure. There is a dedicated parking garage which made life very easy as you don't really need a car in Verona.
Everything was a very easy walk away, including a small supermarket and the funicular station to Castel San Pietro, which offers lovely views across the whole of Verona.
Renata and her husband are both really, lovely people.They had provided a selection of drinks and snacks for both us and the children to enjoy when we arrived. They offered lots of very helpful information about restaurants and things to do. Nothing was too much trouble and they could not have been more helpful.
Altogether we had a wonderful time and would gladly return to this apartment if we visit Verona again, it is one of the best places we have ever stayed.
