Great location very easy access to the bay side (on property) and just a short walk for beach access on the gulf side. Location was quiet and was in walking distance to a number of local establishments.

Refrigerator had a personality of its own. It worked great but made a number of unique noises. Living room furniture was a little uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great, location perfect (we had no vehicle), staff was very friendly.

A perfect little apartment with everything you need, and nothing that you do not. The kitchen is fully equipped, you could easily cook a meal in it. The living room is nice and big, with a couch and an arm chair.  We saw raccoons, squirrels and rabbits from the terrace, they all came to eat mangoes from the tree right in front of the bedroom window. The bed is comfortable, there are plenty towels and extra blankets should one need it. I like how the owner thought about leaving toilet paper, shampoo, soap, sandwich bags, coffee, dishwasher detergent in the apartment. Small details that make you feel cared for.

small downside is that the A/C is quite noisy but it did keep us cool!

Some minor things in unit needed to be fixed. Hanging blinds (just a couple fell off,) garage can lid broken, door stop in bathroom broken)

right on the beach, kitchen, living room and bathroom and separate bedroom with private door lock. they had reclining lodge chairs.

Only bad thing is the garbage disposal was broken.

I loved the screened in porch, and the property’s proximity to the beach.

The sink is essentially in the bedroom, which was difficult to use once our baby went to sleep for fear of waking him up. Also, this may seem trivial, but the bathroom desperately needs towel racks/hooks - there is nowhere to hang more than a hand towel!

Place was clean and nicely decorated

Bed mattress was uncomfortable
