We never got to stay because there was no key in lock box and the contact person on sight was uncontactable. By us and the rental company

had to buy my own trash bags and paper towels and dish soap .

The location couldn't of been better !!

The beds were absolutely horrible my kids rather sleep on the floor and we were fighting to stay in the bed all night as the the slant almost made you fall out

Convenient to most things in the area. Property is good if traveling with kids.

Master bedroom has no ac, that was a shock.

Property was nice, pools and hot tubs were clean and very nice

To start, was told the convenience store that held our keys was open until 10pm. It wasn’t, closed at 8. The condo was never cleaned from the pervious guests. (Cleaning crew never showed up) was told they would be there the next day. They showed and threw away all my toiletries, and took my phone charger. Some of our windows didn’t open. One door to the balcony didn’t open. Beds were not comfortable. They were lumpy and misshapen.
