Condo could use some updating.

The location of the condo was spectacular! Right on the water! The location of the condo complex itself was easy to find and easy to get to anywhere you want to go. The condo was spotlessly clean. It has been renovated to bring it up to current colors and trends and was pretty. Everything had been thought through as to placement of furniture etc. Love love the dressing area of the master bedroom. Perfect set up for a family of 4.

There needs to be night stands on each side of the bed. And the "dresser" in the bedroom is an old tv armoire and not a true dresser or chest of drawers, so if we had stayed longer it would have been difficult to only work out of the closet.

Wonderful location on water and near entertainment & dining. Balcony and end unit. Excellent interior and exterior maintenance. Up-to-date decor. Most supplies furnished. Easy ground floor entrance.

Grab bars in showers (you don’t have to be elderly to like them). Need robe hooks in hall bath. Need more hand towels. Wash cloths are skimpy, not plush; provide “makeup removal cloths” in separate pile from “shower cloths”. Would like shower soap. Bed in lake view bedroom isn’t lined up with electric outlets; can’t turn off lamp while in bed, can’t reach phone on charger from bed; convenience here is higher priority than lake view from bed. Mattress is getting a bit tired. Need second lamp at other end of sofa for 2-3 people reading at same time. Nice coffee maker needs paper filters. Can the living room TV cords be tucked behind the mirror? They spoiled the look of the pretty fall decorations. Kitchen drawer on right side of stove falls out.

The condo met all expectations. It had a wonderful view of the lake and was conveniently located. We were able to enjoy the Lake Hamilton area as well as Hot Springs. Good restaurants in both areas.

The overhead fan in the bedroom did not work.

Great views. Great location. Comfortable furniture. Gated community so it was very quiet and safe.

The view of the lake was wonderful! The couch was so comfy to cuddle on. The bed was even pretty comfy! The drive to downtown was about 15 min but the drive was really pretty. This place is also in a gated community which made me feel safe.

The sinks were super short, cable was outdated
