the property was nice had everything

This be honest my neighbors from upstairs with there kids let making loud noise all kinda nights running and etc the once next to be as well wish was so comfortable .no house keeper wvw cane to my room since my start, I push trash outside of my door me thinking they will come and throw it out when I got back in my room I found the trash back in my room right beside the door

The bed was comfortable the bathroom was roomy and nice

The parking

Bugs, toilet and sink both had plumbing issues. After I checked out they tried charging me 500$ claiming I broke the TV. Found out afterwards there was nothing wrong with the TV, it was simply bad cable connection. So they threw away a good TV and tried charging me for it.

Location and parking was good

Some of the team members were not very customer oriented and were difficult to deal with, some other ones were perfect. Matter of luck who you had to deal with. Other guests are noisy and disrespectful not abiding to the hotel rules, but since there was nobody after 7pm, I had to deal with it.

Roaches were in the room, so I didn't stay in the room because they were crawling over my personal stuff

The quietness..the cleanliness..and promptness of staff if I needed anything

I hate there is no swimming pool or a coffee machine in the room for guest. Or an iron or ironing board like other hotels

I liked that it had a kitchenette and the house cleaning ladies were so sweet. It was close to many stores and restaurants.

The toilet was leaking and notified office and all I was told that it will get figured out and no one showed up. Mind you my family and I stayed there for a week. It has roaches and the vent over the stove was disgusting and the light was broken. The vending machine was talking money but not dropping the product. I had to fight with the door to get in and out of the room because it’s not aligned correctly.
