location was great and it was good having some tea and coffee

for the price, you would expect the furnishings to be a lot nicer/up to date, living room furnishings were especially uncomfortable. You could tell this was quickly made into a place to stay but for the price, it did not feel value for money. Two people couldn’t come in the end but if they had they would have felt very uncomfortable sleeping in the out door room where it felt very exposed, people on the street could easily see in and you couldn’t enter the room from the house. Also the driveway is extremely narrow with a large bush in the middle which it very hard to park and the public often use the road as parking to the beach so sometimes it was really difficult to leave the property.

I suppose on reflection one toilet and bathroom for the number of people was a little inconvenient, however this was clear on the information so nothing really to complain about.

Location, ease of the property facilities, parking for two cars, on one level, local shops for food and browsing, beaches were clean, good for walking and attractions not to far away. The basket of luxury's was useful, for the first hour, while getting organised.

The extra bedroom was separate from the main bungalow, needing to go outside. A second key for the front door would have been useful, as once the users for the separate bedroom had gone to bed they needed the key to the front door for toilet access during the night, leaving the occupants of the bungalow with out front door use (possible entrapment if there is a fire). A second key would solve this issue.

Great location, really easy 3 minute walk to the beach, about a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Main double bed was comfy with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space if you are staying for a week or two. Kitchen was reasonably equipped, nice welcome basket. Table and chairs to seat 6 in living room.

Lounge furniture wasn't very comfy, could have done with a couple of new pots and pans. Not much storage space in the second bedroom and room advertised as third bedroom is in fact a converted sun room that have to go out into the front garden in full view of passers by to access with no loo or washing facilities I am not sure who it would suit. Certainly not children as they would be outside on their own and you would have to leave the front door of the house unlocked in case anyone needed the loo in the night.

Good Central location. Great outside space. Inside a little cramped.

Sofa uncomfortable. Otherwise a nice little cottage.
