1) EV Charger is $5/per hour compared to other hotel is free to charge when we pay for underground parking at the hotel. 2) Front Desk staffs is terrible. They all look angry and they don’t feel very welcoming to see people coming in and out of the hotel. 3) Sound proofing is terrible. I can hear the people upstairs walking. I can hear the room next and across talking. I complained to front desk and they said “It’s normal”. 4) During breakfast time 2 of the staffs was rude to guests. I watch another guest ask for some paper cup for coffee because the station ran out. The staff there said “there will be more when I can bring them out”. - lol really? 5) There was a used Q-tip underneath the sink, there was a black dried up banana peel hanging on the HDMI cable behind the TV.

Room was nice, pet friendly, big tv, big breakfast area, good shower.

Outside parking lot for oversize vehicles is small and tight - if you have a large truck and it's busy it could be a problem. Kids running up and down the hall, and loud stomping in the room above us at late hours - went on for too long.

The room itself was amazing, and clean, and very spacious.

The hot tub was WAY too hot, the other guests that came in with us agreed…it wasn’t usable! I called ahead and was told there would be waffles-there wasn’t, and the elevator broke down on our floor so the other elevator wouldn’t come…bringing the luggage to the car wasn’t fun, but not really their fault I guess.

Very clean, modern rooms. Comfortable beds and quite spacious bathroom (for a hotel room). It was my second time staying here and both stays were satisfactory. Breakfast is very convenient. Great selection, just make sure to come early. It does get busy and they're trying their best to keep up with the demand (they ran out of eggs 3 times during 30 minutes). Apparently there is an indoor pool with a hot tub somewhere in the hotel, but I haven't made it there yet. Hope to try next time.

The rooms were very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet that was included was perfect for us.

Loved the spacious room, the pool, and the hot tub were great, everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was excellent.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. I feel that if you're staying at a hotel, you should be able to park at the hotel at no additional cost.

Breakfast food that was to be hot was cold. Warmer system did not keep food hot.

Exceptionally well staffed breakfast crew with great variety. Beds are super soft which is perfect for my chronic pain condition. Rooms well appointed, large and clean.

Every hotel we visit seems to have childrens hand prints on the windows lately, world shortage of windex?

The room was very spacious and clean. Everything looked very brand new. Breakfast was simple but as we just stayed one night, this was not an issue for us.

The parking was actually paid, 12 dollars a day.

loved the staff ! they went out of their way continuously! during the fire they were so busy yet so friendly and helpful ! the pool was warm and so perfect ! especially for a 1 and 4 year old the breakfast was so big and variety !!!!!!! lots of space to eat , and out doors also to eat . the rooms nicely redone ! was dog Friendly! perfect for us close to Starbucks and London drugs and a pizza place

Great hot breakfast. Convenient location, everything is near by. Friendly staffs. Very clean hotel. Everyday room cleaning services. Pool and hot tubs are great, perfect temperature and maintenance.
