Cleanliness, friendliness

Friendly clean well looked after guesthouse with restaurants nearby and beaches on both sides of the island not far away. Can rent bikes and motorbikes and organise your boat trips to and from the island and pickups to the piers. Recommended.

This is a beautifully kept guesthouse, the rooms are immaculate and so comfortable. Th a gardens are lovely and the staff so helpful and friendly. A 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Koh Mak. Close to lots of restaurants and mini mart. Your onward ferry tickets can be arranged through reception at Hanoi House answer were given a lift to the pier when we left.

Look no more, this is it! I stayed here for two separate times on my holiday. I booked two different room types and both were impeccable. Amazingly clean and comfortable rooms with lovely garden view. Greqt shower, good water pressure, warm water. And lovely staff who made my stay even more welcome. Beaches are within walking distance, so you don’t need a pool. Nice breakfast can also be found on the main street just minutes away.

An excellent stay, the room was very clean, modern and spacious. We stayed in a bungalow, set within a beautiful garden. Good bed and in room facilities. Great location, only a short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff, who helped us book our boat transfers. We would happily stay here again!

Lovely host, nice clean room. Big comfortable bed, great location, nice little bench to sit on our the front. Really lovely stay.

I cannot say enough great things about Hanoi House, from the amazing price to location, quiet at night, good wifi, cold a/c, friendly staff, clean, good size room, a great stay…

Few suggestions: 1) come into the room to do a quick clean every few days 2) I wish that instead of a duvet the bed just had a sheet and option for a blanket on top.I got too hot with the duvet on 3) the room is quite large, consider on the open wall to add another table to be able to lay out clothes on Thank you for everything Hanoi, we will be back.

Everywhere is so clean and new..beds super comfy..wonderful place to stay..Noii is such a beautiful and kind person and a great host..so helpful..the best place to stay on koh mak!!!

Hannoi house is the best place we have been on the island of Koh Mak. The rooms are spacious and very clean. You have wifi that works very well and a smat tv in the room. The location is perfect just one minute from the beach, and without the well-known “sand flies”😀.The owner Noi, helps you from the first minute in everything you need, speed boat, motorbike, taxi, eat…without a doubt it is a place that has made our stay in Koh Mak perfect. Highly recommended.💙

Very clean hotel, plain, simple but clean and new with all basics covered including air con. Great location, close to alot of places. The hotel was great in helping with transport on and off the island and pick up and drop off. They were very quick to respond to messages on booking.com

There wasn't any space to hang my clothes, otherwise was great value for money.

Staff here are so lovely! Helped us in every step of getting us to Koh mak from Koh Chang as well as all transport when we needed it. The room was spotless & in an ideal location. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Just mosquitos but you’re on an island that’s to be expected.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was really comfy and the manager was very helpful in helping us book taxis, transfers etc.
