when i booked they blocked the full amount.then they emailed me 3 times to pay security deposit before 3 days other wise they will not give me code for key...no iron no tv even soap container are empty

Beautiful views, comfortable. Fantastic balcony Very clean. Quiet location yet 15 minutes walk to town. Very cozy. Easy to find and good parking.

Nothing really. It delivered on all fronts.

Property is of very high standard, with authentic furniture, nice interior design and absolutely amazing view (really - we've been in many places, but this panorama is one of a kind, with view of Rhone valley and Mt Blanc, during the day, at night - and the terrace is big enough). Parking was not a problem, pickup of the keys was easy, location is very convenient for stay in Crans Montana. It's a perfect place for a family stay, with 2 bedrooms and lots of space.

We stayed for 2 weeks... and initially they were a bit reluctant to change towels after 1 week (wanted to charge us for the whole cleaning), but we've found the solution in the end.

The place is actually way better than the photos. It indeed has breathtaking views. The place is modern and very clean. It had everything that we needed for our stay. Great location as well.
