It was a great stay, comfortable beds and had no complaints it was great.

It was so cosy . It had a lovely feel about it . I was on my own this time but if I brought my two daughters they’d still be enough room for all of us .

Cosy enough for what we used it for which was over night basically. Something beyond the lodges control, but a perfect spot for the Red Kites. Made for a spectacular morning watching them

It needs more cleaning and maintenance. There were holes in the plaster in the bathroom, the grout is also black in places and a cobweb behind the door. By the double bed, you can see dust on all the grooves in the wood. Would have been nice to have a dustpan and brush to clear up grass cuttings from the park too.

Unfriendly staff. The crew who showed up in the morning had scowls on their faces and failed to wave back at friendly waves from guests.

Nice comfortable lodges. Well equipped. Heating Good and felt secure. Very clean Adequate location for requirements for a short weekend trip

I booked a One bedroom apartment, which to me means one bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment however this was not the case, I did check the dictionary definition !! I was moved the next day to Lodge 3 which you describe as a 2 bedroom however its not, its one bedroom. I was also asked why I didnt email to check ? I didnt think I would need to double check the definition of 1 and 2 bedroom.

Very convenient for our circumstances at Christmas close to family Easy to park . A warm room on arrival. Adequate kitchen facilities and towels provided.
