Spacieuse maison rénovée de 2700 pieds carrés avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain avec cabines de douche en verre, bain à remous jacuzzi et nouveaux planchers de bois franc dans un quartier calme et convivial. La maison est située au centre de Belmont, à 20 min de SFO, Palo Alto et Half Moon Bay. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils modernes et un réfrigérateur à vin. La cuisine et la salle familiale sont contiguës, créant une «grande pièce» centrale pour se détendre. Salle à manger formelle, salon et Landry. Internet haut débit de 1 Go, téléviseur à écran plat de 75 pouces, système de sécurité vidéo avancé Google / Nest, thermostats et serrures d'entrée. Prise 220V dans le garage pour la recharge de voiture électrique / Tesla. Parfait pour jusqu'à 12 personnes.

Everything perfect for our stay to visit family for Thanksgiving. Comfortable beds, great kitchen/baths/living room.

We had a good experience. This home sits in the hills of Belmont with beautiful views of the bay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the location is great. There is driveway parking which is nice.
The furniture and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. House has central AC for the warmer days, which is great. Wifi is fast. The house is sparsely decorated, but we didn’t have an issue with it.
As others have mentioned, the house just has a *lot* of stairs - not good or bad, but important if you’re staying with elderly folks or young toddlers with mobility/safety issues.
We did have a small mechanical issue that the host very quickly and graciously took care of.
Overall I think you will have a hard time finding a better value for a 4 bedroom home in this area - there may be “fancier” homes but the cost will reflect that. As long as your party doesn’t have issues with stairs, I would definitely consider this rental if you’re coming to the area.

Overall, this house was wonderful for our family get-together!!! Great location, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Prompt communications with owner!
Two things that are not as evident on photos is the stairs required to enter house and stairs inside. My elderly mother did ok, but had to be extra careful.

We stayed here for the week surrounding our youngest daughter’s wedding at Twin Pines Park (just down the hill). It was perfect for our extended family (children/, grandchildren , & in-laws) with 4 bedrooms & 3 baths — one of each on the main level. The two living areas gave us plenty of room to spread out. The property manager was a joy to work with — good communication & rapid response to questions. Would definitely stay in one of this property owners houses the next time we need a short-term rental in the area!
