It was so poor smelly smoke all over the room right from door I didn't sleep came and left to another hotel to sleep

The property building and location.

The bathroom not clean. The bed not comfortable without a quilt and you can fee the rings of the mattress. Pillow covers not clean. I couldn't bath the day was leaving cause someone urinated into the bath, no toilet paper..there is a wet carpet on bathroom floor, keeping bacteria. The wifi was not working

The apartment was noisy. Guests may have smoked in the apartment as it was smelling cigarette smoke. Bathroom was not clean. Guest may have urinated in the bath instead of using the toilet.

The location to my training centre was 5 min walk and close to town

Did not like the security of your self and felt very uneasy in my room , room was tiny with small tv and internet was slow The first night I got there I had people im the accommodation with knifes and machetes as I soon realised that first night . I had 5 blokes banking my door at 12 on the night I did not answer the door for the first 3 times banging , when I opened the door I was greeted by 5 peapke trying to get into my room I managed to lock the door which was on the wrong was was to lock the door , I spoke to lady that night and she asked me to ring the police I them started I did not want to antagonise the situation as they are still outside my room and asked her to ring the police as I felt my safety was at risk , nothing was done she did not call the police , I woke up next morning and they had moved on , I texted the lady to find out if they had gone and she said yes they are not staying there any more. I finished my training next day to find out two of the blokes that was at my door was still stopping at accommodation as was joking around with the owner , what makes me think she was in on it all If u value your life do not stop hear

i liked the modern look and the ambient lighting. i also liked that they extended our stay and let us come earlier as well as this for a fair price. i liked the space and look of the delux room.

the only thing i didnt like was the lack of water and kitchen facilities.

No Television as advwertised, Internet stopped working in the night

i turned up at the venue and was advised that my room had already been let out but i booked a week before i had email confirmation they were blaiming booking .com but i believe the vendor knows he has 4 rooms and shouldnt overbook i would like full refund

Good location and great for parking. The key box service was very handy.

Sadly the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos. My door lock was awful and really difficult to open, there was chips in the furniture, my bedsheets weren’t clean, there was a sock over the fire alarm in my room, people in and out all night long leaving the door open downstairs, no toilet roll in the shared bathroom after the housekeeper was in… Overall very disappointing. I didn’t bother staying the second night and I certainly won’t be rebooking.

I did not have the door code on arrival so could not get in therefore I di not stay. Got the code when I left. It did not look very nice nor safe to leave my car.

It was disgusting, filthy and felt very unsafe, random people just walking in, room was filthy, poo on bed, pubes in bed, carpet was manky, had to wear socks and shoes all night, smoke alarm hanging off ceiling, curtains didnt fit, sick on carpet , stains everywhere, shared bathroom full of poo,quite frankly I'm appalled all the hygiene of this property, ended up leaving as couldnt stay in that bed..

Parking situation was great. Was able to park outside of the house itself with no issues. Quiet, didn’t hear any other guests or noises.

As promised we were given the detail on how to check in / enter the house before check in time (3pm) so there was no messing around at arrival. The box to take the key out of was stiff. Took a while to open / close said key-safe (not the best in the rain). First impression was basic house. Going up the stairs there were bottle caps (beer) leading up the stairs with a weird look of shaving foam all over them?? Also the carpet had not seen a hoover in a few months or more. Was disgusting. We thought communal space - hopefully the rooms cleaner! We get to the top floor (room 4) and unlock the door, the room stinks of stale damp cig. It was putrid. Damp stains all over the roof, the floor was even worse than the communal stairs. Had not EVER seen a hoover. A rank stale rug on one side of the bed. The carpet itself was wet???? Uncomfortable as we were unable to walk bare footed on the floor without feeling creeped out. Thank god for crocs. A bit more inspecting seen the bed sheets dirty, looked as though it hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. Plus note - it was comfortable. Anyhow, back to the state of the room. The sides had not been wiped down at all and no one can tell me any different. There were pieces of a cig behind the bedside table, what seemed to be the bottom of a kettle LEFT on the bedroom floor? ODD. We didn’t move that and it still resides in the same spot it was left in if anyone bothers to go in and clean it they’ll see it. Lovely gift! Moving on from the monstrosity that was the “beautiful” room, I focus my attention on to the bathroom. Jesus Christ. No toilet roll anywhere (side story regarding this to come after the description - stay tuned). The floor was dirty and sticky. Tooth paste all over the sink, tap and mirror. Toilet seat is NOT stable. Not great after a few drinks FYI. Shower was G R I M. What could only be described as pubes by the plug. Old razor with remaining pubes left on it. Biohazard. Anyway - side story time.
